May we say with conviction, O Lord, that old Christian saying, "There, but for the grace of God, go I." May we recognize that it was your saving love that made the difference with us. We were dead to God, unable to respond properly to him. But your love laid hold on us, Lord, and you imparted to us life. And we know that yours is a love that will not let us go. Amen.
There is no shame in failing...the shame is to never to try again. We will all hurt in this life, physically, emotionally, spiritually and sometimes the thing that hurts the most are when you make the right decisions according to divine guidance. All I know, are the people who complain the most and do the least; are those who don't know about you getting up at 4 am.. they don't care if you work till you can't think. And it doesn't matter as long as you stand tall.
The past few years have been tough for me, starting with losing my mom. I'm determined to not let negativity or toxic people affect my life anymore. I'm appreciating the present & all I have now, but focused on the future and the opportunities everywhere. I'm not gonna beat myself up anymore or compare myself to others. It's time to change my life for the better in all aspects. Thank you for your videos, they are life changing.

That story about penguins and trip to Antarctica is fascinating! I thought the example here is that those penguins are just tough warriors that take the hard way and basically going for struggles in order to be better and that people are often stuck in one place to avoid such trips, as in their default, confort, safe way. Your thoughts create your reality. One’s perception becomes their truth. Perception is the lens by which we see and interpret things. Sometimes the metaphorical optical lens prescription needs some tweaking. Simplicity is often not so simple. Like with many things it takes time, mindful practice and intent to get the desired results. Simplicity is multifaceted and worthy of continued effort. Cognate, anticipate, procrastinate, deliberate, propagate, compassionate, designate, delegate, coordinate, culminate, marinate, educate, indoctrinate are only a few “ates” available for choice of action or inaction. Everyone has “ates” relevant to them. Perhaps with age, stage and season of life comes an epiphany and the wisdom to unravel the complicated and what no longer fits. With that comes self-permission to rid weight of the unnecessary streamlining things to that which is most important and time relevant. As perpetual students of life, we live and learn. There is great value in attaining, gaining knowledge, related perspectives and the experiences with in. More importantly is the stewardship and mindful application of that which we have learned. Mind over matter where possible and what matters requires minding.
