Chevron blanket even if you don’t finish the chevron blanket many of us love it you could just turn it into a teaching tutorial. I love your work and your right your bottom/starting chain of the chevron is nice and love the colors
Lol it did make me chuckle sorting your ufos 🛸 out, but you did it, the lambkin mam blanket is so beautiful I remember when you started it and I agree, take the rust one off and add the pink one, it will sooth your inner peace

Hi Christa, maybe you could make a pink pillow long tube style to go with the huge blanket or fold in half and make a square one. Love that heavy blanket.
I have circular knitters. haven't done a lot of panels. Your row counter on the sentro does break after awhile , but the good news is that you can get an alternative digital row counter. It can be found on amazon and there are you tube tutorials for fastening it on. I have one on my sentro and on my smaller 40 pin knitter and they work fine. I would encourage you to keep the sentro and keep trying. Circular knitters are useful and fun.
I love your channel ❤️ I have to periodically reorganize my yarn, w.i.p.s & u.f.o.s too. But it reminds me, reinspires me and motivates me too. Am loving this sooo much!!! The last blanket looks like a king size, I'd call it done. I love the new granny square at the end of this! So pretty 😍 Can't wait to see what you end up making it into!!! 💖💖💖

Thanks Christa I brought the plastic bags to store the yarns when on shelves. And I also brought the bag like your for UFO. And also brought a ball winder. And a case of 500 Stitch Markers. I'm getting my things ready because I'm going to do a crochet room. I'm so excited.
hiya christa! you are doing what i need to do... along with sorting the rest of my house now that im in my new place. i think i should have a yarn sale to make my yarn diet go well. there must be 8 wips waiting for my attention. maybe the parquet floor design could work. keep the beautiful tan squares, white and blue to finish. wish i was as prolific as you!
The Sober Granny you started would look really pretty as is for a rectangular shawl, if it isn't possible to get more yarn. The yarn is absolutely gorgeous!!
Only one pair of scissors, that's good right? Even I have a granny square basket. "Technically", you don't have to call all of those UFO's....some belong together in an "ideas project bin" :) You have a few fun things going for sure. 20 is reasonable in my book.

Love that blanket with 2 granny square sizes right behind you. Just add another to my to-do list! I have 4 WIP's and yarn for at least 10 projects. Doesn't sound like much but I also have several furniture refinishing WIP's, a handful of scrapbooks on the go, it's almost gardening season and in 3 weeks our kitchen reno starts (total gut job). No wonder there is more of my hair in my projects. Do you switch hook brands in the middle of a project? I have clover amours and an old aluminum set I I don't switch cause they feel so different when working with them. Take care from Winnipeg!

How long can you keep yarn before you ‘have’ to throw it away? I have yarn that I’ve had for probably 20 years or so. I started making things with Plastic Canvas and I’ve loved it! But I ran out of things to make. I even made up my own patterns. But now, I’m over the Plastic Canvas and I’ve moved on to Crochet! My grandmother Crocheted all the time. She would start when she woke up and would crochet while she drank her morning coffee, then she would continue through lunchtime and then she would stop long enough for her to eat supper, then she crocheted until it was bedtime! (btw…she lived with my Mom & Dad-she did move back to Oklahoma and ended up marrying a man when she was about 66-70 and when the man passed away [about ten years later] she moved back with my parents. She’s my Mother’s Mom.) My grandmother tried when I was about 12 to teach me to crochet, but she crocheted so fast I couldn’t follow with my eyes what she was doing. My Mother would tell her to go slower so I could see what she was doing. When I was 12 I would rather have been outside than in the house with my grandmother crocheting! But I’m glad I have started learning different patterns so I can continue with crochet and trying to keep it going! I believe it’s a special & useful hobby! I’m hoping my grandkids will marry & have children so I can try to show them the love for crochet and to try to teach them the art of crochet!! I would love to keep it going especially in our family!!

Ok I’ve been watching about 45 mins and you haven’t thrown anything away yet! 😂 I know how it is! Hey I tried to make your sober granny stitch, and I just couldn’t get my sides to come out even. I noticed yours in the tutorial were beautifully even. I frogged it 3 times, and started over. then gave up and went to another stitch. I really want to try to make it again sometime. Do you have any idea if a common mistake could be responsible, I know that’s a hard question

I really am looking forward to you going through your UFO’s I always feel so bad for starting another project when I have UFO’s to finish. I started a shirt and finished the one panal and so bored w/it I don’t want to finish but I don’t want it to be a UFO either lol. So I started 2 other projects in the middle of doing this shirt lol. Maybe get them all done at the same time lol
