Yay it’s about time that you did an update 😜. I love how this room turned out. I love it when a room has a spot for everything. I still think you should have a shelf on your computer wall to display your projects that you keep. 😉
Haha yes I need something there for sure but I got tired of all the trips to ikea. I do have a return I need to make so … 🤔 I just don’t know if I want a picture ledge shelf there like I have for my ribbon or something deeper 🤷🏻♀️
Such a wonderful space to craft and get away from school stress etc. I’m a teacher in a secondary school (ages 11-19) and being able to come into my craft room and close the door and just have me time making lovely things is vital for winding down and positive mental health. My craft room is not as lovely as yours but it’s important to have a space to relax and create in xx
Yes definitely ! I had a much smaller room before so this has been an amazing upgrade but it’s definitely a must to have a place to de-stress after those rough days and just have me time! 💖
Karolina, I love your craft room! I have been subscribed to both your channels for a long time! And a very happy customer in your Etsy Shop! You are a Paper Crafting Rock Star!!! I have been enjoying your vlogs with your home renovations!!! Sending blessings to you!!!
🤩🤩🤩❤️ I had forgotten what it was like as a child before Christmas! That’s how I feel looking at this crafty goodness. What a wonderful crafting space, it is so beautifully organized. I love it! Wishing you many hours of joy in your space!
Thank you so very much! So happy to have this room and it's bigger then my old one so I'm thankful I was able to buy all of the things to stay organized!
I don’t feel like I have much to say about Etsy 🤷🏻♀️ they have ridiculous fees and I think they charge too much… but it’s an easy to use platform where people can find your products, shipping is easy, and I’ve been on it for forever 💖
Finally I see an idea for storing all the big items at once score board, paper cutter, mats. No one ever shows where they store all of them. even though I separated my diy table similar to yours I'm thinking of a peg board. I don't have Ikea here in West Texas but I'll look for those hooks.
Hi Karolina, thought I left a comment on this one here, and realized I hadn't. So lovely, well organized and tidy. So excited and inspired to get mine done.
I would put your dies with the stamps they come with on magnet sheets cut down, and you can make a cork board into a magnet board to put your nested dies and others on your wall with your peg board. I, myself (only as a suggestion) took vent covers and put them on my big dreambox inner flap and it works wonders and I did take a cork board and put vent covers on it and it works great, I also took some med chip board and made them 8X11 and put vent covers on them and any misc. dies I put on them and slipped them into cover sheets and stand it up like your paper in my cubes. I would lable them with tabs from adhesive file tabs and use tape to enforce them on the page protectors. Like the stamps there would be categories. I would keep the cart because you never know when you will need it again, it is a great tool to keep your sewing tools on there with in your reach. Great job on the craft room. You can always take a counter top across those cabinets and then put your Brother Scan-n-cut on top then it will be were you wanted it.
i'm so glad that works for you! For me that wouldn't work though because having that out in the open would look too overwhelming for me. For the brother scan n cut, I'm realizing it wont work in the space I had wanted it because it needs space for the cutting mat to go in and out so I have to find a better space for that. But then again, I don't use it everyday
As a new subscriber, not brand new, just havent introduced myself, so hello everyone Im from Kentucky. Your craft room is fit for a princess. Love the color coordination. It gives me so many ideas. Thank you. I really enjoy your channel and all the subs are ao kind as well. Im blessed to be part of this community.....Kelly
Thank you so much! Definitely a huge upgrade from my previous room (that I never shared because it was chaos with lots of paper floor piles). More space means I was able to organize it all to have its own home :) So thankful!
Beautiful craft room. Everything is so well organized. I love there is a place for everything and it is all very neat. It is very inspirational. Definitely a stress free place to create. Thanks for sharing
thank you so much! I love knowing where eveyrthing is so when I'm looking for it I know exactly where to get it and not spend time searching but creating!
Nice organization! I also have the IRIS containers but not the units they are stored in. I have nultiple collection's in each iris and have labeled them on the outside. I have a built-in on the longest wall with adjustable shelves and i have them stored on their side with the handle out so all i have to do is pull it out and take out my collection. I have 2 dozen. I refuse to add more and when i realized i had more paper and collection's than i would ever be able to use, i realized that i have an addiction to paper. I stopped buying a few years ago, unless i had a request for a specific theme. When i realized i had no more space for collection's and i was not remembering what i had and that i was getting frustrated, anxious and overwhelmed with crafting and avoiding my craft room i stopped buying just because i "loved" a collection and "had" to have it but then never used it. I still have 2 very full iris containers with more Disney paper and embellishments than i will ever use in my lifetime. And paper that i once thought i loved but now not so much. I am more picky about my craft supplies now. I make myself think if at least 5 ways i can use something before i buy it. If i buy it, I write it down on a sticky note and add it with the item(s) so i can remember my ideas. (I make more than just mini albums). If i can find 5 ways to use a product, i pass.
That’s a great idea ! I definitely need to not buy Christmas, baby, wedding and Disney paper. I have the most of those and I use them the least with the exception of Christmas that I use the most. But baby, wedding and Disney j definitely don’t use as often and need to ideas some up before I buy more with those for sure! Buying craft supplies is like another hobby other than crafting ! Haha
Lovely job on your room! I love the pink and white. My favorite colors. I am wondering where you got the desk tops. I like the corner piece where your desk chair is and how it’s round.
lol 2:14 see even u called it a wall 🤣 If you ever wanna sell a cinch, I have a friend who’s looking for one Love how organized everything is, I need help organizing my mess
Wow! What a great space. I absolutely how you have a space for everything. I think the pink containers are my favorite 😉. Thanks for the share and the inspiration. Scrappy hugs!
This is amazing! I love your room, everything is so beautiful and so organized! I would never leave that room again! Soon I will be reorganizing my attic with my own crafty corner! So this is so inspirational for me. Thank you for sharing and enjoy your new beautiful room 💖
You done a great job on your craft room I like the pink color on your peg board would you happen to remember what pink it is ? I’ve been searching hi and low for a pink to spray paint my peg board. Also are those bookshelves under your tables and how did you elevate the legs on the table for the book shelves to fit under ?
Just added the link to the pink spray paint in the description box 🙂 The shelving under the table and the same ones for my silhouette machines is from ikea but it was discontinued about 7 years ago 😕 The legs on those ikea tables unscrew a bit and become longer !
Love, LOve, LOVE your space!!!!! Pink and white are my colors, too!!!! Where did you get the pegboard and accessories from? Love and Blessings!! Lela from Hawaii 💗💗💗
OMG! I love your room! I wish I had that amount of space! Please where did you get 1) Sequins box 2) Charm box 3) Paper scraps plastic envelope? Thank you in advance!
Karolina, your craft room is beautiful; I love the color coordination and I love how you have made Iris bins work so great! Thanks for sharing. I would like to know where do you get your 12 x12 #110 card stock from or which brand. Thanks again for sharing! Enjoy your bigger space.
I loveeee love your craft room! 😍 Everything is very well organized and seems like everything is easy to locate when you need/look for something. Just looking at how beautifully organized your craft room is makes me feel so happy lololol 😂😅 BTW, where do you get your ATG tape refills from?
I used to get them at Michaels when I had any rewards I would spend it on that, but now I buy them from tape jungle online. Recommended by many card makers I watch on RU-vid that use the ATG tape very often!
This room is amazing. So beautiful and super organized. I’m in awe. I would love to have all those iris case holders but so expensive maybe one day .lol.a girl can only dream. Someone asked you about the shelves that hold the machines,I think you said ikea but that they are discontinued. By any chance do you know what they were called because I wanted to ask the people at ikea where they replaced under a different name. Thanks again for sharing you beautiful space.
Sorry I don’t remember what they were called. I want to say maybe betsa or something but I really can’t remember. The Iris holders are expensive but I price matched and saved some money that way. And I also shopped through rakuten and got cash back !
I do a lot, sometimes I don’t even know how! Haha but I just dedicate time to all these things when I get home from teaching every day and do a lot on weekends
The paper organization helped a ton in keeping patterned paper organized and the island too because it holds soooo much more paper and all the other things! ! And the ribbon on the walls freeed up a couple of drawers. My room used to be a lot smaller and I just had piles of paper on the floor , you were barely able to walk in my room. But in my previous room I wasn’t able to put anything on the walls and no crafty things in the closet. I’m so happy to finally have space !
Where do you find those shelves that the bins fit in? Not sure if anyone eles has the same issues or not but I have a hard time using stickers in my projects. I find they look really tacky. I might use them where you put them on cardstock then cut out and use. If others use them in other ways, would love some ideas.
I use stickers for holding photos/ newspaper articles up in my wardrobe. Also to cover up my phone camera 19:20- WOW- organisation skills- those folders- well done
Love love your craft room , very inspiring and organized, right now I have a couple craft desk and a dresser and trying to get my dinning area organized as my craft room because I need space and organization so I know what I have and wear it’s at , instead of just in box’s lol.. where did u get the white selfs with the plastic bens you but your paper packs in ?
Hi Karolina! Just started watching this video and have a question already lol. Are Nuvo drops and the Ranger Liquid Pearls basically the same thing? Maybe the liquid pearls come out in more precise amounts? I have 12 Nuvo colors but never use them.....thank you!
I never had any ranger liquid pearls so I can't say... but nuvo drops you can make as a drop or you can make bigger like enamel dots. They remind me more of enamel dots when they dry though. They do also have shimmer drops, and glitter drops etc too, but the solid colored ones remind me of enamel dots :)
@@KarolinasKrafts Thank you. I will play around with them. I bought three bottles of the Liquid Pearls to play with too! Your craft room should be in a magazine. It is gorgeous but totally functional and your organization is VERY inspiring. Thank you for filming this and giving us so many great ideas.
@@thecrabbycrafter of course, happy to share! Thank you for watching! This video made me realize I still have some labeling to do and some destashing i still need to finally do like going through my stamps and dies already! 😂
@@KarolinasKrafts Your room has really brought home to me how much one can accomplish when they are organized and know where everything is. I have a very large craft room and it's pitiful the way I have things everywhere. I needed a birthday card on the fly today and knew what I wanted to use but couldn't find half the stuff. I was like a cartoon person throwing things over my head and behind me, digging. Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day and I am vowing to make better use of mine. Sorry for the ramble. xo Claudia
@@thecrabbycrafter it’s so helpful when you know where everything is and can easily access what you’re thinking of! I used to be looking through piles and piles of paper just to find a collection I wanted to use and then piles of ribbon to find that. Doesn’t seem like it took hours to find things but definitely minutes that could have been used better! Hope you can get organized too! 💖
The depth my cutting blades need to be for stickers to not cut through the whole paper and just the sticky layer of the paper :) just a reminder for myself depending on which machine I use. That changes every time a new blade goes in though!
@@KarolinasKrafts I love them! I think I'm going to do the same. How many coats and what type of paint did you use? I absolutely love the pop of pink..
I get sequins from all over the place. But here are two haul videos and you can check to see if they ship to Canada. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-I4w_dpk7oEc.htmlsi=1AxpGxRqn8YkKaxo ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gA1TYsgTf98.htmlsi=EjzqoXU32Ak7xHeJ
