Hard to say for certain, most of the sprinters and crafter parts are the same. Also depends on which year sprinter your referring to. However the can bus may be vag. Id suggest removing our stereo and taking a look, if you have the iso ports plug a new stereo in, see if it works. If it then dosent its a process of working out which cables are which from their manuals and prehaps you then have the same issue as me.
