I will have to watch the video with my husband he will like that too. Everything you have planned sounds great, I am most excited about your future trip to Belgium! My husband and I just went there this September for our 20th wedding anniversary. Our favorite places were Ghent and Bruges. We think Belgium has the best beer in the world. If you can, you need to go to Westvleteren, one of the best and rarest beers, made by monks.

I have sent my girlfriend in Germany, a variety of hot sauces from California over the last 50years. I pack my suitcases full of hot sauces when I go to visit, along with 400 corn & flour tortillas to make tacos & burritos. A couple bottles of Tequila help make it alot more fun! oh... I can hardly wait to see the Roman settlement.... it was so odd, as you kept a cooking along, my nose started running and my eyes started watering... and then I wanted to be right there with you taste testing... my experience with hot sauce is it gets hotter as is it cures.

Quite enjoyed this video. Like trying to create new tastes. Would like a mix of cooking and travel. Thanks for the effort you both put into this. Had to laugh when you tried the chillies at the end. I have friends from India, Pakistan, the Caribbean, and Mexico who love to cook with hot peppers. I really enjoy all of the food, but experience has taught me to be very careful with peppers. I do my best, but Vindaloo and scotch bonnets are beyond me. I just can't take the heat like my friends do...

It's fun to try making your own versions of commercially available foodstuffs. Meal kits, for example, can be overpriced for what they are. A mate of mine and myself tend took at the ingredients lists of our favourites, venturing forth into the wilderness with the attitude that it might take a few goes to get the results we're looking for and not to worry if it doesn't work out properly initially; we've quite a bit of success. Our next quest will be spicy bean burgers from Iceland. We LOVE them, but at £3 for two burgers, they're somewhat extortionate in price.

Hey Sean and Tom. I love France. Was going to move and buy a chateau around 21 years ago. But as I was born in Australia but went to the UK when I was 6. I decided to give Australia a go and go back to my roots. If I could have a chateau in France and my home here in Queensland, that would be my dream. I’ve travelled extensively and also love Switzerland and like you never been to Italy! So is in my list to visit.
