Thank you, the empty desk is a gift I give myself every day. At night it takes some discipline to clean it and every morning I am thankful that I did. 😊

I lived in The Netherlands for a few years, my husband is Dutch and worked for the Dutch government for a few years in the computer field. I love watching you and listening to you. I really enjoyed traveling around Holland and absorbing all the history, we still have family over there. Love your craft room, sort of looks like mine, but I am a quilter too and have tuns of fabric taking up space. Happy doll making, I will look forward to seeing your process in making dolls.
I really enjoyed this video. I lived in the Netherlands 1961-1964 when my father's work took us there. Commuting from Doorn to the International School in den Haag each day, I had little time for crafts but have always, always loved to make things. Now I work with my vintage and new fabric, vintage and new yarn, vintage and new paper to make all kinds of things for myself and my family. Thank you for the inspiration.
It my dream to have a craft room one day, waiting for my kids to eventually move out as no spare room at minute. Just a wonderful tour of your unique craft area. Love the table overlooking the outdoors. I have many of the same interests as you and also sort and re-sort the best I can. I collect dolls, both resin and vinyl (have many Blythes) and don't make too many soft dolls but enjoy that also. I work with wool from old clothes, mostly coats that I take apart and wash with ammonia and soap in the washing machine. Put them into the dryer and the fabrics come out beautiful. Love working with wools in all my crafts. I have lots more stash that you...shameful. Ties are great--have boxes all prepped for projects. Have an entire cupboard of beads and charms. I also make quilts and braided and crocheted rugs. I've never met a craft I didn't like. Junk Journals are recent with me but have collected and made boxes of ephemera....LOVE your channel. I live in northern Wisconsin. Your craft room is absolutely delicious :)

I thoroughly enjoyed your craft room tour! Such a beautiful room and a gorgeous view out your windows. I’m very impressed that you made your sewing box, it’s lovely. And how precious you still have your sewing box from when you were 8. You do crafts that I don’t do and to me that’s very interesting. A long time ago I used to do a lot of sewing. Not sure why I stopped but next I did cross stitch and now I make cards and other paper crafts. I really need to get back into sewing because I have a wonderful new sewing machine my daughter got me. She’s probably hoping to get some mending out of me, LOL! Looking forward to seeing your videos!

There was some closets in the room, a old farmhouse to 👍😉, we just moved into ( August 2020). So I use them for all the stuff I don’t want to see. I alway have it like you. Wauw, ik ben “jaloers”. Wat een gave ruimte. Hihi, wij wonen zelf met z’n drieën in een klein oud arbeiders huisje. Het halletje bij de voordeur was mijn hobbyruimte. Maar door corona moest mijn man thuis werken en is het halletje noodgedwongen zijn kantoor geworden. Haha met als gevolg dat ik helaas geen hobbyruimte meer heb. Nou ja, wie weet, in de toekomst wel weer. Ik vind het supergezellig dat mijn man thuis werkt en dat is ook wat waard. Heel veel plezier met alle projecten. Groetjes, Linda
Geweldig om al je mooie spulletjes te mogen zien! Je eerste naaidoos echt geweldig! Sam en Julia prachtig, ik heb dat eerste muizengif boek nog besteld van het kerst cadeau wat we als boekenbon kregen van het schoolbestuur. Mijn laatste aanschaf voordat ik gestopt ben. Al die prachtige poppen, de mandjes, de elfenslinger met uilen, je Journals alles is zo leuk. Je hebt echt niet al teveel papieren, papierblokken en boeken en ook niet zoveel restjes of plaatjes overal in zitten. Daar worstel ik nu een beetje mee...teveel blokken van verschillende formaten, knipboeken, plaatjes etc. Ik ben over 20 jaar nog niet klaar met sorteren denk ik...pfff en ik ga vrijdag al 60 worden...kom tijd tekort in mijn leven vrees ik haha. Erg mooi jullie huis en je hobby kamer, ik heb genoten. Lieve groetjes Maia

Gap to store boards 1:15- lovely creatures 4:30- bits to make jewellery including that rectangular beautiful tin which I LOVE. 5:46- yaay MUSHROOMS!!! 7:30- slot for working mats for crafting 7:49 watercolours paints, Pencils complete collection of Daphanies diaries 8:38 The CRAFT ART ROOM 9:30- gold speckles white speckles 10:00- brought small little desk to put computer on 12:03 this box made herself at age 22 took a course been a sewing box since then 13:02- that little sewing machine- swapped a red one for a blue one 14:02 14:20- that basket with heat tool 14:50- CD house unit is so cool 15:05- pin cushions beautiful- wow u used to make doll patterns n packages which shops wanted to display 15:30- the perfect window for plants. 17:09- stamps 17:34- book for junk journal style Book made from mixed media paper 22:29- strands of fairies made out of felt and wooden beads.

Echt super groot en ik hoop er workshops te gaan geven (op de Veluwe, zit je in de buurt?). Ik maak er filmpjes van op m’n RU-vid kanaal. Ik hoop er morgen weer heen te gaan. Thank you and yes that is an Ikea unit. Kallax, with two cubes and inserts for magazines. I turned everything a quarter, so the papers are lying and stay perfectly flat.

What is the name of the unit you have your paper in? I am a paper crafter and I have lots of paper....and I desperately need something to store it in! I’m planning a trip to my nearest IKEA ( 3 hours away) in a month . So if I know the name of that storage unit that you have your paper stored on, I can buy it. I love going to thrift stores too!
