Not only have you been blessed with a wonderful skill, but you also have great taste in music! I wish I was your neighbor. Thank you so much, looks like even this senior lady might be able to do this.
I love this!!!🥰 You made me feel like I could do this until you got to the middle. That's when I said... "oh this is where I pay someone "😁 Great job tho, I'm jealous

My only comment is on the durability of the bricks and mortar to withstand the heat of the fires. I built a barbecue a few years ago and used a special additive to mortar to make it more heat resistant and special fire bricks for use that had direct contact with fire.
nice, easy basic design. I'm thinking though, that I would rather focus on making the wood storage area into a brick oven with a pit, with side vents you can even attach a bellows to if you want. then, I would make angle vents at the top that would channel up to provide the heat for the BBQ and the range areas. these would have metal sliders that could close the vents off so you can control exactly how much of the heat goes where. on the BBQ side, the grill would be height adjustable, AND you could have multiple grills by making that side a tad higher. I would construct a metal box that could fit on top to do smoking as well. likewise you could control the height of the grill on the range side. lastly, I would hinge a large door for the front of the fire pit, and have a adjustable height steel tray. you can then convert the firepit into an oven by letting the fire burn down to coals, closing the top vents to the BBQ and range, and placing whatever you wanted to bake on the steel tray, which can sit right over the coals. can still control the heat via the vents (both side and top). A complete outdoor cooking unit you can use for everything.
A very good video. ❤just one question, will the cement be ok to handle the temperature? Coz I saw some videos showed cement may get exploded under high temperature heat😢
Strongly recommend fire bricks, rated to withstand high temps, cheap bricks and explode with excess heat. Also recommend using refactory cement, rated for high heat as well. Just so its safe for you and your family.
