I had requests for a video of the tractor scoop doing more "serious" work than my previous demonstration, so I set out to film this great little add-on doing its thing.
unfortunately the cameras battery died about 5 minutes into the day and I never bothered to check.
So, here in all its glory is the first 2 scoops of a long day of scooping!

Looks Good !!!! I ordered myself a Linear actuator from Johnny Products for my GT6000 , I hope to buy a Johnny Bucket for it when I get my taxes back next year , wish me luck !!!! Thanks for the videos and the reviews !!!!!

I’d love to have one on my Toro 522xi. The frame is built with a front receiver for the mule drive which Toro calls the pulley box. I bought a worn 79365 single stage snowblower attachment for my 522xi mainly for the mule drive. I help maintain a 1/4 mile long gravel driveway.

Any certain reason you got this on the craftsman over the husqvarna? Asking as i have the husqvarna gt52xlsi was looking at Johnny bucket and it says frame is to weak for it but other husqvarna models are ok. Wanting a fromt bucket for mine even if it is just the craftsman bucket over the Johnny bucket. Thanks for ur videos.

The "T" series is made by Troy-bilt. The LT,YT,GT series was made by Husqvarna. I do not think this unit will fit your tractor, but with a little bit of work I was able to get this to fit a Murray, so if your handy or creative it can be done. Since Sears is all but extinct, the only two places I've seen that carry it are Husqvara's website and Agi-Fab (They make all these units no matter what the branding). I hope this helps!

Hello there I'm looking at picking up a used tractor scoop how do you think if would work on moving a load of driveway stone 2b size thanks for you input

I've used this one to move and spread 2 dump truck loads each weighing 16tons of that same gravel. It works fine, but you do get a work out lifting and lowering the scoop that many times in one day! I did also have to readjust the lock function about 5 or 6 times that day because I kept putting more weight into it that it was made for and it will eventually cause the adjustments to move slightly.

Funny you should ask. I just laid out the $$ for a 2013 Kubota BX25 with a backhoe and loader. It cost me a TON of $$ but I have high hopes for the new year!

What is the difference between the 5000 and 6000 models? My 5000 of about the same year as yours looks bigger. I am assuming you are not a pygmy or a giant.

@@FarpointFarms I just bought a scoop& have 2 of those generation of Garden Tractors thanks for the video, when you're older and want to do it yourself...."work smarter not harder " has a significant meaning
