Just some free advice to those high paid Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters to not degrade and lose their potential under such pressure and perhaps even to develop.

For once I agree with Craig on Nicolas Jackson

Pochettino has to take a lot of the blame as we are so deep into the season. I played intermediate level football and even at that level, we knew we had to mark the man taking throw ins, send out sufficient players to match those on a short corner and close down players quickly around the box to prevent them having time to place a good cross or pass into the box. This Chelsea team appear happy to stand off and allow these crosses and passes into the box which may help explain the number of goals they have conceded. Pochettino should be using the training pitch in the week to hone these basic tactics but he obviously isn't.

Craig is waffling on Jackson lacking in every field of the game, Jackson is a great link up player, can pick a pass, can hold off defenders, the only issue is his finishing that stinks that's it

I don't think you can give the Chelsea players a free pass and blame it all on Poch here, for me, there's a massive issue with the players and their actual dedication to the club and their attitudes. On Saturday, after their exit from the FA Cup, Thiago broke down in tears but, behind him was Jackson and a few of their other young players were laughing and joking about, which upset a lot of Chelsea fans. This clearly shows a distinct lack of dedication to the club and this is unacceptable for Chelsea fans, if they were Arsenal players I would've been absolutely furious with the likes of them.
