Ed: I felt sorry for Boomer. He didn't want to be psychologically tainted or have others perceive the negative. Boomer is a classic personality who continued to be rapt into his work and would be happy to give Carlton plenty of space. He admitted going to prison for a purpose. I have lost respect for the WFAN radio station and feel sorry for Evan Roberts, who I hear from no longer, since the peccant one, had perched himself on top of the billing as the leading man on their show, hogging the spotlight.
The Federal charges he is facing is far more important than how Boomer feels about him..... I think his confidence which is rotund~ he's never suffered from a lack of that~ is masking enormous character defects underneath.....Federal court is the heaviest of the heavy .... if he isn't innocent he will suffer some serious consequences....45 years for what he is charged with SO FAR....more charges could be coming down the pike.
Yeah, Boomer is giving Carton space and lots of it because he's RADIOACTIVE. He should be focused on making things right with the people he screwed over and forget the bromance.
I lived next to Craig for 8 yrs in Pa. Great Guy and Awesome Family. We coached our Kids in Baseball and Soccer together. I can’t judge what someone does or has done that hasn’t hurt myself or my Family !
Should never decide on guilt or innocence based solely on gov's charges prior to trial, but gotta say it doesn't look great for Craig. Sadly doubt there will be a Boomer and Carton on-air reunion. That said, Boomer ought to look for a new partner, Gio is kind of a bore. His entire schtick is playing the angry, schlubby sportsfan, and unlike Craig, kowtows to Boomer all the time, and is more funny-ish than funny. Show really misses Craig's lead, his willingness to find a fresh take on current topics, no matter how idiotic or wrong the take was.
I don't feel bad for Craig if you listen to the show he was gambling everyday,where did he get the money to by Boomer Breitling watch , A Car , multiple other things,I know he wasnt getting paid by Wfan like Francesca!!!
This is very sad and depressing: that after the radio station had put his greatest friend, Boomer, next to him in the booth to develop a great relationship and chemistry, to go and spit in everyone's faces with his peccadillos and missteps, embarrassing his co-host. Not even this former tightly knit relationship can stitch itself together. With all of the wonderful relationship credentials, this illustrates that the aspect that friendship is not forever and the heartbreak of fading trust is always in one's midst.
your done man..done..give up on your dream of getting back on real radio...that lil show you got going on is the best you can do before it fades out...You blew it man...had it all

Jockeying for Giannotti's job already. I feel bad for that dude, because you know Boomer will kick his ass to the curb the second Carton gets off (If he does).
@@TL2354 it doesn't apply now. Gio got better and the show improved. There wasn't much reason to expect he would step in and do as well as he did. If the show hadn't improved dramatically, Carton would be right back in that chair.
KAD A mistake is different than what he did. He defrauded people similar to Madoff. Not to that level but the same thing. You can't take investors money and pay off gambling debts, even if you had the intentions of paying them back with money earned. THAT'S ILLEGAL. Making his way back? I seriously hope not. oh, by the way, did you see his mansion he is selling? How do u afford that on what FAN was paying him? Yea he's clean.
Boomer and Carton were the best since Mike and Chris first hit the air. I hope Craig is innocent it would be great for them to get back together. Gio is a good guy but he is Craig. Good luck and great job Iona College.
