It really is! I always hated it when young women destroy their complexions with tanning beds. A family friend was doing that stuff, we mentioned it wasn’t good for her but she said she didn’t care and further admired her tan. A few years later she joined us for a gathering, we were all the same ages but she looked at least 10+ years older than we were. I haven’t seen her since the late ‘90’s but her poor skin cannot have aged well.
