Folks also tend to forget that this is music(entertainment). I seriously doubt Necro has committed every single act of brutality that's portrayed in his music, but the fact that he's imaginative and creative enough to conceptualize it through his music is reason enough to give him props. Even though I'm sometimes "scathed" by his lyrical content, I see no reason to deny the FACT that the dude is dope!

Necro a nobody? Come on, just cause you don't like him doesn't mean you can dispute his prominence in the hip hop community. Just because you prefer one artist over the other shouldn't amount to overlooking the career and achievements of an otherwise accomplished emcee in his own right. If two emcees of accolade go toe to toe in a battle, obviously one of them must emerge victor; does that discredit the loser's entire body of work up to that point? Yeah sure, but only to the foolish...

If I got dissed by Graig G, I'd be honored by the mere acknowledgement alone. Takin shots and dissing other artists can be a truly healthy stimulus to creativity. All that beef shit that results in real-life rivalries and grudges is just straight ridiculous though. That's like actors starting shit over their characters interactions in a film. Beef will always exist, but hip hop is ailing too badly to allow it's constituents to rip it apart from the inside out...

Necro has publicly stated that he and Craig talked and made peace. It really all started over a misunderstanding. Craig wasn't dissing him originally when he called out necrophiliacs. Necro asked Stretch & Bobbito later when he was on their show if it was a diss and they told him yes. Necro has said that really pisses him off that they led him on cause he and Craig could've been cool the whole time.

with all due respect I give credit to Craig.G for being a legend in the hip hop game, but in the 25 years in that time he's released of all 4 albums with his last 1 being in 2013.necro in almost half that time has released 19 albums on his label (his own and members of his crew) and each 1 of them have been consistent bangers, not to diss on anyone but obviously necro has put in work and busted his ass as far as self promotion goes and when was the last time you heard a CRAIG.G track ??? the last time I remember him was back in '91 on the marley marl symphony pt.2 track . besides they are 2 totally different styles when it comes to hip hop. where CRAIG .G is more funky and original style hip hop NECRO is more a combination of hip hop/death metal style which he calls death rap. hey I respect CRAIG. MC is actually a term that predates hip hop. MC is short for Master of Ceremonies which is phonetically spelled as "emcee." It can be written (or typed) either way and folks will understand what you mean. BTW I like Necro and Craig G. They both have hits and flops as with any emcee or artist for that matter. @mcpete912 His skills as a producer are undeniable. l think of him as almost as good as the RZA, he's a master of sampling. With the album Death Rap though, you can tell he's moving away from sampling and doing alot more Fruity Loops work and making more electronic sounding beats. Guess he's gotta somewhat keep up with what's popular.
