Thats literally all of jiu jitsu. When the other guy is so much better at bjj what else can duarte do? Let jones do his jiu jitsu? It's obviously terrible for the sport and the event but duarte is just trying to win.

when they're standing next to each other they look similar in size. although i understand that KD probably cuts weight and craig went up in weight for this division
7:34 I was there and after one guy yelled “twist his dick” a ton of other people would yell it out when the crowd was silent during this match. Hard to tell with the commentary but the arena was so quiet during a lot of the final matches.
umm... you go there and not just sit there and submit Craig. Make sure to record it on video. Oh, and do that after having previously beaten 4 world-class competitors on the same day.

Funny how keeping left hand on Craig's right leg seems to shut his entire A game down. Gotta wonder if KD would shut down Gordon Ryan's or Lachlan Giles' leglock game as easily. Anyway it's great to see solid fundamentals win.
Craigs super power when he burst onto the scene was his leg submissions. Once everyone figured out how to defend the leg entanglements. He is not the boogeyman he once was. He is still great but he is always fighting monsters who out weigh him and are strong.
Better that he puts himself out there to make an interesting match. KD literally sitting there on his knees doing nothing. Playing cautious for points is what’s destroying the sport🤡
