Sattva binds us to attachment with happiness, rajas binds with attachment to activity and tamas binds us to attachment with delusion. As long as we are influenced by any of the three gunas, we remain in bondage of Maya. As stated in the Bhagavad Gita: “When one rises above the three gunas that originate in the body; one is freed from birth, old age, disease, and death; and attains enlightenment” (Bhagavad Gita 14.20)
Yet..how can we rise above the body when we are in the body? Isn’t the goal to work with the gunas and find harmony within the body while we are in it? Striving to escape the body while we are in it is the same as being resistant to the present moment- it seems senseless.
Even the immense Advaitist that He Himself was, still he wrote the most astonishingly beautiful hymns to the Divine Shakti. Jaaya Jaaya Ma! Victory to the Divine Mother's Infinite LOVE, Grace, and mercy towards Her creation. This is AWESOME!!! Thanks!
Namaste The word deva is derived from the word div meaning to shine or illumine. Devas or Gods have subtle bodies and exist on higher planes of consciousness than Humans. Every deva also represents a psychological power and this power gets activated within a human being when he continually worships a particular deva. Agni represents the will power and thus any worship of Agni strengthens the will power of the worshipper. As per the vedic samhitas , there is no conflict or fight between gods and each deva performs the functions allocated to him in harmony with other devas. Thanks.
I listened to this many times. But I listened to this in a bath. Ripples of Beauty was playing. The experience was incredible extreme peace and happiness washed over me. We all remember that we were filled with tremendous joy and Blissful peace. This is the one true goal of us all! I love you all. Bliss to you all❤
I can listen to this over and over. It is so soothing. In all the madness that's going on nowadays we need this ancient hymn to calm us down and fill us with the love of our Divine Mother.
This is indeed very healing, soothing and relaxing ..Also perfect for Yoga practice, or to just relax .. This is indeed highest quality Mantra devotional chants I have ever heard in my life and I have heard many. Hi Eckshar, the chants on this album are from Adi Shankaracharya`s devotional verses from the "Sri Saundarya Lahari" text, in praise of the Goddess Shakti. The CD booklet contains the Sanskrit "devanagri" script, phonetic versions and translations of each verse, but you might be able to find a copy of the text online. Namaste.
"Lord Shiva, only becomes able. To do creation in this world. along with Shakthi Without her, Even an inch he cannot move" What a profound realization...all universal evolution would stop without this interaction...Namaste.

With all due respect PrabhuJi, What is this talk of Your culture? I spent 5 years as Brahmachari in the ISKCON ashrams during which time it was made Very clear to me by studying shastra (scripture)that Bharat Varsh (Greater India) originally encompassed the ENTIRE planet and not just India and the culture it now represents. After the disappearance of Sri Krsna and the Epic battle of Kurushetra, the boundaries shrank further and further until Bharat Varsh was considered only the Indian sub-continent and then Boundaries were established, after which time and up until the present day Bharat Varsh is now mistakenly considered to be only India. I however still consider it to refer to the entire world. Beautiful culture to be sure, but now, only a fraction of the glorious system of Varnashrama Dhama exists. Absolutely Do Have pride in your culture and keep up your end by spreading the “Good News” so to speak, however remember this, this is the culture of the entire world should they choose to embrace it and climb the ladder of the various Yoga’s from Hatha (what most people consider “Yoga”) all the way to Bhakti Yoga (Devotion to the Godhead) which is arguably the pinnacle of realisation of the Vedic scriptures. There is Much to be gained from you yourself learning the ins and outs of OUR culture, that you may seek to accurately advise those who wish to know... I humbly seek your apology for any offence committed at your lotus feet Prabhu (master)... Dandavats (prostrated obeisances) Oh and FYI I don’t think you are ignorant of the Sanskrit names used herein, The bracketed translations are provided for the illumination of those who may not yet be familiar, that they may be interested in embracing this beautiful planet of Bharat Varsh as a whole and not in fragmented parts... Bharat Varsh Ki Jaya! (All Glories to the Good old Days!)
@@whitewolff7453 please read the comment below...I’m a tech retard so I don’t have the requisite skills to just tag you in there . I hope that it may explain your connection to this music... It is almost certain that you once lived within the Vedic culture and I as an Australian , feel your vibe Mate!! Also FYI Sanskrit is also known as Deva Lingua meaning the language of the Gods, therefore it transcends ALL earthly communications now extant across the world as we now know it. Hope this gives you some further clarification...Assuming you wanted to know...Forgive me if I overstepped please...
Who would dislike this amazingly peaceful music??? It's like my whole being is living in peace and harmony when I listen to it. It's like everything is ok.
+Deia Pavaloi Do not allow yourself to be tethered to the dislikes of this music. What is "Truth" for you may not be "Truth" for others. Allow them theirs and proclaim your own sovereignty over this beautiful music.
Deia Pavaloi: I think, "Dislikers" are the Living Trolls from J.R.R.Tokien's "Lord of the rings". I imagine, they have the same faces and the same low forehead. They are contacting everybody and everything (including RU-vid-Channels), only to say: I hate this. / I'm asking me, why is this "thumb-down-buttom" on RU-vid? Because of no "normal" human goes perhaps on a Music-Performance, only to say: I don't like this.
Absolutely Beautiful. I am a masseuse and let the music guide me. I always work barefoot and with my eyes closed. This leads me thru the massage. Thank you very much 💜
Anuradhaji I think your purpose to take birth is to sing this album it's so pure so calming there's no words I am speechless. God bless you mam & Craig Pruis
