A succesful return from tendnopathy demands enormous effort. I like this talk since he accentuates the need of tendons adapting to training of more explosive nature (jumping, change of direction). The rehab training at the gym is simply not enough.
We have an awful lot to learn in this game. Basically, it's a balancing act of epic proportion. It seems, the person who is dealing with the tendinopathy merely has to become a Jedi along the lines of Yoda at his best just to get 'back to sport' only to lose it with the first round of exuberance. ha hah aha Just joking, but you all feel me.
Why do some many people make the mistake of doing the polite stuff in the beginning of the presentation? Nobody cares, and it doesn't come from a really truthful place.
