I think it’s a great malt for people who love peated whiskies but want some unpeated alternatives in their selection. Due to its almost meaty savoury flavours mixed with the intense fruity notes it’s a great whisky for lovers of heavier malts.
another knowlegeable and very interesting review. Im similar to you with speyside profile preferences but Craigellachie is really exeptional. Fun fact: i had dram of this 13yo earlier this evening and now i found your video 🤠. Level of juice in my bottle is more less the same. After aprox. 15min. in a glass its perfect, so creamy meaty oily and fruity. Just yummy. cheers and slàinte 🥂🙋🏻♂️

Craigllachie is actually listed at 52.99 in Ohio and well worth it. I have seen other RU-vidrs say it is a cheaper,and more accessible alternative to Springbank 10.
