Ouch i felt that cramp! This was a horrid race i remember it well. I actually thought "what's happening" as mine was 3.5-4 w/kg along the slight hill then at least 6w/kg up the steep bit just to hold the front. But yours kicked up lap 3. I always keep and eye on everyone's w/kg incase there's a push and be ready. You wasted a lot of energy after a late reaction twice. Although maybe that's a blessing, as racing maximum up that final climb is horrendous. You should definitely do it again knowing the route now. Good luck with your 180km, go at your own pace, eat and put carbs in your water also it'll help. 💪💪
That Danish guy just destroyed me on the climbs. He went into action mode on every climb and I was late all times catching up. I know the route so I'll be better next time. And yes, I'll be including lots of gels and coconut water for the ride. Hope I'm not destroying too many Zwift muscles doing it.
