PLEASE NOTE - This video mentions CN4 innervating the Superior Oblique Muscle - which turns the eye down and out....BUT what's also true is that when we test for CN4 lesions we find them when we ask the patient to move their eye down and in. This video was designed to focus on CN3 and therefore the 'down and out' aspect was an important learning point for the resting position of the eye in CN3 lesions.
