You'we just fixed my car man, thanks. After the whole diesel pump and filter inspection/cleaning it didnt run, but the thing with the solenoid fixed the problem, just had to "wake him up" a little. Car works thankss 🤙🏼🤟🏼✌️

Sa wakas nakatagpo din ng maayos at malinaw na DIY paano magtroubleshoot ng diesel engine (4d56) hard starting issue... palit glow plugs na lahat, bago battery, maayos na starter, yun pala fuel lines lang... mabuti hnd ko agad nadala sa diesel calibration... excited na ako itroubleshoot at maibalik na ang one click start ng sasakyan... I have a question, I tried to read the error with OBD but I can't, do you have any idea why, check engine ON, what diagnose do you use? Car details: Mitsubishi L200, 2.5L, 85kw, from 2002. Hi Mr. DIYer, I've been watching almost all your videos about Diesel engines. Currently, I finished watching this vid, and I have a liitle concern regarding my 4m40 Engine. First start in the morning after long park or no use of the vehicle, it starts with no fuss and one-click smooth. Now my concern was after a drive and I parked it for a while and try to start it again, I observed some cranking maybe 1-2 seconds before the engine will start - which I believe I did not encounter before. I am wondering what causes it to behave like that. Maybe you can enlighten me. Thank you so much!

Good tutorial but in this case it also be the glow plugs bad or the connection for the glow plugs not getting any voltage.

Hi, I have a problem with glow plugs. The problem is turning the key in contact. Reles do not work. But when starting. These begin to work repeatedly. What would be the problem? Some say it is a ground problem but I cannot find the ground. (Pajero 1990 2.5 intercooler)

thanks for the video .. We have same engine but mine is still overheating even we've done top overhaul and done overhaul also the radiator and no leaking .. my radiator have 2 tube its not original for the 4d56.

every Time I have to start my 1992 pajero exceed I have to pump it manually at the fuel pump but after I have started the engine it is now easier to start the engine but after about 12 hours, I have to manually pump it again just to start the engine again. do you know any solution for this? or do I have to change my fuel pump?

what size and brand of fuel hose do you use?
