Racing is back! Super excited to be out at SilverStar Bike Park this week for the first stop of the Crankworx Summer Series. No commentary for this POV from enduro practice because apparently enduro is hard and I needed to breathe not talk. Plenty of snacks and water to keep ya going. Electrolyte water helps to keep the energy going too, or energy gel thingys.

Do you think steak and eggs as snacks and protein shake as an electrolyte-water substitute would work? I'm still trying to bulk for downhill tbh..

Finn Iles whatever suits best for you😂🤙🏼 Id always recommend snacks whilst racing enduro anyway to keep your energy up whilst out on the stages. Definitely take water (obviously) and if not you could take a bar of some sort, like a granola bar or muesli bar.

Your cornering is insane! So fast on those flat turns. Also really interesting you are using a stump jumper with not the most progressive geo and showing you can rip even without the newest numbers! So Rad!!!

Margaritas Finn. Tequilla, triple sec, lime, sugar syrup and ice cubes in the camelback should do. Harden up the shock and you should get a good shake going. Take a couple collapsible cups to enjoy with your friends. Or if you want to finish the race maybe just stick to electrolytes, protein bar and a couple gels 🤘

I think in enduro races you have to pump more than in dh races especially pn long descents when pedalling costs too much power
