Here is another play on the 6/8 point for 120. For the rest hop the 5 for 4 and hop the 6/8 for 5 (includes hopping the hard 6/8 for 1 the rest on the easy 6/8 for 4). The put 14 on the field. Cost $23 On the next roll Field pays 28 use it to cover the 5 for 10 and cover the 6/8 for 12 and the rest stays on the field for 6. If 5 or 6/8 hops hit you have at least $31 to cover the 5 and 6/8 plus at least $6 for the field and the rest back to the rack.
I’ll have to try this out. I don’t think I’d go back up on the don’t if the point hits after hitting say 5 box numbers or so. And I think I’d rather stay on the field even with the 4,9,10 box numbers covered. If you hit those it’s just a double hit. This is mainly because they pull down the horn and it’s harder to place than the field bet most of the time. Avg bet will be affected if the don’t isn’t replaced but at that point it did its job to get you out of the roll risk free
So as you’re pressing would you want to keep asking the dealer what your average bet is since it keeps going up? I’ll be going on a cruise shortly and I keep seeing people missing out on points. I’m trying to avoid that best as possible
I was pretty excited when I watched you play this. I played on Crapsee 4 times and then since the 7’s were KILLING me I rolled it out on my practice table a few times ….. much better results but still too many come out 11s and 7s. I also tried to ladder it up but without a few long rolls to recover the potentially many come out losses I’m not sure about this one. Someone , mentioned about hedging every come out for about $49. At that rate after 10-20 shooters you would be down $1000 so that is certainly not the solution I don’t believe. Anyway, I really enjoy your videos! I’m brand new to the world of craps and cruising …… great mix I think! 😂
@@holyrollr No I don’t trust them either especially when they think rolling 7 - 7s followed 3 rolls later with 6 - 7s ……. Seems like a silly algorithm they allow. 😆
I like this idea... Only if the casinos allow you hedge like that. What happens when you lose the $140 without heading it? Do you martingale, or hoping the point hit?
@@BlueKaspar-bc9mj every casino I’ve been to let’s me play it. If I lose the $140 I’d go through the DC after a point is set. If that gets knocked off then I hope for some light side hits. ✅
Carnival is a bit different. You still need to play big but you also have to buy-in for at least $2500 each session…while keeping your average above $100 per shooter. Same with Princess. Buying in for $2400 will not get you noticed…$5000 will definitely get you noticed 😁🎲🎲
I think i will start this on the DC vs the DP, that way I won't have a shooter that rolls multiple 7's in a row. Then if a point is made, I have 140 working for that advantage 7 on the come-out. Can still get whacked by the 7 on the DC, but only once per shooter.
Hedging the 140 Hop the 7 for $33, $2 on the any 7, $12 on the 11, and $2 on the 12. Cost $49. Then you do not lose on the come out. Let the shooter roll 7, 11, and 12s all he wants on the come out.
Hop 7s with $10 each vs playing $30 any 7s. We will win more with $30 any 7s as we can take $150 & down including the original bet. Any thoughts please
Hi 👋 I’m 100% trying this next week in Laughlin NV But I was thinking to achieve the original $140 I would bet $35 on don’t pass for come out roll and then place 3x odds to total $140 . Is there any reason it doesn’t work? Thanks for your time 🤜🤛
Could you work a buddy system ($500 each) one on pass line, the other on DP and just hedge eachother all night and collect huge comps because of the avg bet size? Or would they shut down this type of activity?
Me and my son did this @$75. But we also played the box numbers. I had the 8/9, he had the 5/6, so it wasn't just betting against the midnight. night 1 the whole light side took a bath, so we lost money on the bets. nights 2/3 were even and night 4 was a grind and i was at the end of my budget, so had to go just $12 on the 8 with the 75/75. figures that's when the girl next to me went on a 40 roll. Took us to 1:00a.m., but we both got our cruise and in the past 8 weeks booked 4 more and have 5 offers that I just don't have any more time off. Ended up about $1000 down, but I have about 8K worth of cruises booked.
For hedging the 140 how about $40 on the any 7, $13 on the 11, and $2 on the 12. If the shooter keep on hitting 7, 11, and 12s you can tip the dealer each. Each 11 pays the most at $13 each time.
I noticed that your layout says 15 for 1, or 30 for 1. On your cruiseship videos the table layout looks like it pays better at 15 to 1 or 30 to 1. Three-way seven will pay a little better than just the seven (big red) at 5 for 1.
You won’t be able to cover the numbers at lower amounts. FYI $25 DP & $12 each 6/8 $50 DP & $18 each 6/8 & $10 5 $75 DP & $18 6/8, $15 5 & 10 field All those have the first and maybe second hit going to the point. Hope this helps.
It works with $70 on dp if number is 5 or 9 place $50 than spread $20 on remaining numbers if 6 or 8 place $60 than $10 remaining numbers and if 4 or 10 place $40 and $30 on remaining numbers This works just like $140 rolled it on Crapsee and works fine
