Jess is a really good skier and Garrett isn't half bad either. Both kids are naturals. I think all that exercise and water stuff you do makes them able to do anything. Thanks for posting,

At the end of the video when Dorothy said “let Cali push the button” my heart MELTED because that shows how much love she has for her siblings!!!! Ugh when we were smaller my brother and sister would fight over who would get to push the elevator button. Just hearing Dorothy say that just 🥺🥺🥺
I think it’s good that Utah doesn’t feel like home because then you’d always feel like your missing out or feel guilty you’re not home, instead Utah can become home base somewhere you go back to. Hawaii is where the heart is at, and your soul is wherever else you find home and I think for you guys that’s all over the world. ❤️

Wow, I can’t believe how fast Dorothy and Manila pick up skiing just like they had been doing it from the time they walked. ...AND without poles, I thought you needed the poles for balance, I have only skied once many moons ago...Garrett....I am amazed that you grew up in Utah but had never skied.....but wow you quickly nailed it !😲😲 Great video guys, but that title scared me I thought car crash, especially when you were talking about Turo ! But falling when skiing can have its drawbacks, like breaking bones when you fall wrong, you guys certainly had a fun time. !!,🎉🎉🎉 The children are so very lucky that you can travel the world, experience so many things that most children don’t even get to do in their lifetime, plus they get to have so much quality time with you, both parents, which in today’s hectic lifestyle is also not common for many families....you and your children are so very blessed, but it was your hard work in “the app world” Garrett that has led to this amazing lifestyle that you are now all able to enjoy and make the most amazing memories. Having your channel you can look back on anything .......when our children were growing up, it was the time of film in a camera where getting of photos developed was so expensive....I envy parents being able to just take photo after photo, and it’s there, you don’t even need to get it printed it’s on your phone, tablets, or like your family so much you can look back on with utube, or your computer......we lost our son, and one huge regret is not having enough photos of his life, yes, Christmas, birthdays etc but to have so many everyday photo’s and videos to look back on would make dealing with it just a bit easier.....keep making these amazing blessedly wonderful memories with your beautiful children, lots of love from Australia.....maybe you will visit our beautiful beaches in Queensland some day. 💙💙❤️❤️😘xoxo
Shaz just something to note, Beginner kids always start without skipulls, because then they aren’t distracted by those pulls when learning the right technique. But they were skiing quite Nice indeed.

It's always good to go home on vacation!! We moved to New Zealand and went home for Christmas this year. We can definitely relate with the feelings of a place not feeling like home anymore. However, reconnecting with family and friends felt like no time has passed at all.

My son learned to ski at Deer Vally when he was 4. He was in the ski school and when all the kids got cold and wanted to go inside he said no lets keep going, so the rest of the day he had private ski lessons. We visited our friends who had a condo there for 4 or 5 years and the same instructor would take Justin every year. They loved the boy from San Diego that loved the snow and to Ski. He is currently on his way up to VT with new skis to celebrate graduating from nursing school. Have fun enjoy! Love your videos.

I have lived in a few different places that I called home as well. And for me all those places are still kinda home, but there is a feeling of nostalgia that accompanies me. On the other hand it’s not really about the place, it’s where my family is. We’ve always been that way. We could be at the beach, 4 states away from home and still the rental “home”
That video was great to watch the bucket list family seemed to be having alot of fun skiing. Dorothy and Manilla seem to ski very good. The family seems to enjoy ever place they go to. The whole family is exciting to watch. I love every video they show. Been a fan for quite a ling time. Your kids will never forget what you do for them. I went and checked out Turo(because of you) and will definitely be looking them up when i need to rent. There were 3 cars available in my town which i never thought Turo was available in this town. I'm sold.! And affordable too !

We just returned from Hawaii and used TURO there for the first time. The biggest thing you have to be aware of is make sure you get it from a private owner not a person that runs several cars. It will make the difference of how flexible they are for pick ups and drop offs, any schedule changes, and availability for any issues that may arise. An make sure they have lots of inside and outside picts posted so you know what you're getting. We got one nice van and one horrible van all because of the previous things mentioned. Otherwise our whole experience was great.
