What always got me about Crash Bandicoot Warped is the fact that Cortex already won before the game had even started; every level you go to you see his face, his name, and his minions everywhere suggesting that he has dominated the world in multiple moments of history and could've lived out his life ruling the planet in various centuries if N.Tropy had beefed up the security a bit to prevent Crash, Coco, and Aku-Aku from reaching the time turner.
considering we bring the crystals from a different point in time back to the present, I assume whatever changes cortex made created their own timelines that dont affect the current one, hence why crash and coco are able to still exist in the present

***** lol I'd also like to have non-tangling headphones if those self lacing shoes get popular later on. It would be cool to have self lacing shoes and later on, people may look back on the generations that struggled with loose laces that would make us fall or shoes falling off if it was a slip on shoe lol.
Manuel Nuñez Lying is the year 2015 and even flying cars are not very expensive or not you're flying cars are too expensive for most everyone to buy them maybe in 2050 or 2030 may have more flying cars no one can predict the future.
In this time laps, Cortex finally successful ruled the worlds at last or Crash is finally dead or defeat in this timeline, as you can see his name craft on every building etc N Corps, N gin rockets, Cortex Tower and N.Tex maybe Taxes charge to entire populace at that time and that why this levels called the "Future frenzy" or "Gone tommorow" XD
This is one of my all time favorite OSTs in a video game. Vicarious Visions don't let me down. Make the remastered version somewhat better than this, and you will have earned even more of my respect!
A soundtrack which makes you feel badass... The best soundtrack I have ever heard ... Never stop listening to this soundtrack... Really feel erase my stress.... Thanks for it's composers of this soundtrack....
my friends and I would always use this level for when we would go to McDonalds with this level 4 some reason. The saucers were burgers, those glowing satalite things were chicken nuggets, the missile robots were fries, and whatever we died on we would order. I no. We're messed up people.
Giant Green Robot: *YRRG!* (*Shoots three missiles then reveals a Glowing green target on it's butt*) Minion 542: ... wait... who's Genius idea was it to put a glowing green target there? They should have at least programed it to not show it off like a new pair of shoes! Cortex: (*looks at Minion 542*) ... Minion 542: ... Titans is great as a new IP. (MoM not so much..kind of an average game really) But the pure fact of the matter is you can't slap a crash logo on it because IT ISN'T CRASH. Not going to lie, the new models looked badass (except for Crunch and the masks) and they even got the personalities right (except for Crash) But it can't be called a crash game because of the gameplay. No gameplay on that disc can be traced back to Crash 1. No spin, no dash/body slams, weak platforming, no crates, no Crash.
i wouldnt say "prefered over" (its still my fav) but its still a great game. it combines old school crash gameplay, but it has a sort of open world twist to it and much less linear levels. it also has a great sense of humor and music (the music is done completely a-capella, which basicly means made with vocals/mouth sounds)
That would be nice to see Crash Bandicoot 3 , and then another in same PS1 style... because today's Crash Bandicoot style is... well amazing, but definitely not what I was playing when I was kid... and these gems... ugh eww... PS1 gems were looking soo precious, and those particles after touching them... ahh childhood. These modern gems are castrated sooo much...
The only thing missing is the sound effects, I can still hear all the beeps, boops, & laser blasts in my head. The sound design for original Crash games was superb, this tune in particular still holds up!
I liked the new games too. While the gameplay suffered a bit as well as the level design, the cutscenes were hilarious! Even years later I'm still laughing at the lines they said and the awesome animations! It's a shame that MoM kind of "ended" the series with kicking everyone off the island, but they were charms in thier own right.
I never ever heard a badass cartoon video game level song in my life .... So much talented creators of crash ... But thanks for his creators and his composers
yeah ill admit the cortex dressed up as coco wasnt very funny, but it gets better later on. btw about WoC it was a good game, although i have to agree it didnt do much new besides those shitty vehicle segments, the loading screens, fighting Crunch EVERY TIME, etc. if Crash does return in the future he should become Playstation-exclusive again and have Twinsanity 2 on PS3 and a Crash game like ND's old PS1 crash games on Vita (with the warp rooms and stuff)
gotta agree,i understand that the fanbase want the old Crash games back but i have to agree with them on that most of the new stuff is pretty bad,but that they dont give them a chance to shine,because even if those games arent that great compared to stuff say Warped,they were still fun if you forgave their quirks
Hell, even the racing games weren't bad, in my opinion. But Crash: Mind over Mutant... sorry, but ugh. That series isn't TERRIBLE but it just feels so very, very wrong. I can't play it without feeling like I've committed some horrible sin against a glorious game series.
@liampw20 untill you reach the platform. there are 2 levels themed like this. future frenzy you need the 4th warp pad in the secret warp room for it, and gone tomorrow, you need the green gem. for the uncolored ones, you need to go to the platform without dieing.
@SilverLuna07 I really have to wonder why Naughty Dog WOULDN'T jump at the opportunity to get Crash Bandicoot again. In that Icons special I watched, they seemed to love Crash... But the question is, do they love him enough to want him back? :O
no theyre not remixes of the origional crash games' music, its actually very different from thr origionals' music. you can listen to some of Twinsanity's OST on youtube. trust me, the OST is genius :)
Wrath of Cortex wasn't all that bad it was that annoying ass loading time that kind of ruined it for me. And Twinsanity is honestly my less favorite game out of all the crash games.
