Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped - Level 25: Bug Lite (Crystal/Crate Gem Get) 

That bonus round looked really scary. Looking forward to play it in N. Sane Trilogy.

I remember when I was at the end of this level and the bug flew away before the mass crates of nitro. That is when I took out the bazooka and fired at everything on the screen until I was sure I blew up every nitro crate in the vicinity.
