The secret of Level 14: Road Crash is that one of the street signs has a picture of an alien's face on it. If you run it over, Crash will leave back to the Warp Room, but a new level starts where Coco appears in.
Hot Coco is the 4th & final jet ski level, having the same volcanic setting as Ski Crazed. It's the other secret level besides Level 32: Eggipus Rex.
This level's pretty unique. When you start the level, turn to your left, and you can already find the exit portal. However, it's being guarded by Nitro Crates. If you want to get to that portal and you don't have any Aku Aku masks to spare, find the Green "!" Switch somewhere in the level.
This whole level loops around the volcano it contains, so you can go everywhere within its boundaries in order to find crates, and avoid bombs, Nitros, and Great White Sharks. I ended up padding this video out a bit because I had a bit of trouble looking for the last few crates.
When Coco exits this level back to the Warp Room, its portal still registers it as a part of Road Crash. Note that this is technically the only way Coco can have a level in the 3rd, Japanese-based Warp Room chamber, which otherwise doesn't have any for her.
