The soundtrack is phenomenal. The game itself, I admit has its faults, but I still enjoy it. It's no Crash 2 or 3, but those games are masterpieces of the platforming genre IMO.
Me: ''Lalalala going through the level minding my own business'' *walks past the bonus platform* ''Everything is going well here this level doesn't look too bad'' *dragon suddenly pops out of nowhere behind me* ''OH MY GOD WHERE DID THAT THING COME FROM?!'' *starts running for my life*
When I was a baby, in my old house in the playroom, I danced to this music when my big bro was on it. Sometimes I went on the level JUST for the music! Fav level and fav music! + Memories and 5/5 for the epic bit!
Wizard: I will now use my exemplary skills in the fine arts of prestidigitation, Crash Bandicoot, and you'll find yourself in a new form! HUZZAH!! *zaps Crash with his staff, transforming him into a bat* Crash (as a bat): *flying around helplessly* Squeak! Squeak! Wizard: ...damn, I meant to turn him into a frog. I really thought I could compete against those sorcerers from Toad Village! *sad face*
Remaster it? Why? I understand when people tell other to remaster old ass songs that have much lower bitrate than today's music but you can't really improve this in terms of bitrate.
sock06555 Crash runs so slow and you think The Dragon will get you but you can just escape had no priblem with him the wizards at the end I found hard but overall a good level and soundtrack
I love this so much. Has such a great Saturday morning cartoon sound to it. I can just imagine some really cartoony characters runniny through a castle away from a wizard riding a dragon.
1:15 - 1:29 is one part I always imagined in a fantasy movie, where there's an epic escape scene through a castle. Right after boss battle, and the building is falling art. Then the characters get to a bridge, and there's tons of explosions behind them. As the bridge is getting ready to fully fall apart and breaks in two. The protagonist he yells to the love interest." GIVE ME YOUR HAND!" As she's falling,he manages to grab it at the last second. Then they make it, and everything finally falls apart.
The reason they're so similar is because both games had the same developers and composers, and the composer reused most of the instruments used in Bombs Away.
Me (As a kid): This place is kind of nice-wait, why is the camera focusing behind me? Um... What's with the smoke-OH MY GOSH I'M BEING A CHASED BY A DRAGON SOMEBODY HELP ME-It got stuck in the wall! I'm safe now-wait. Did that thing just bust through? AAAAAAAHHHHHHH
This game kind of reminds me of Sonic 06 in a way. Not in a gameplay sense because Wrath of Cortex plays far better and is way more functional game than 06. No, I mean the soundtrack outshines the gameplay big time. I’d even as far to say it’s my favourite soundtrack in the Crash Bandicoot series. The only aspect the original Crash 4 did better than the new Crash 4.
thank you, i've been looking for this track long time cos i couldnt remember the name of this map :DD now i found this haa!! :'D this is funny, i played this map once long time ago with my friend and then we switched music so loud and did some kind of mosh pit :D
lol this is probably going to be the most random comment on this video but I have to say it for some reason this song reminds me of Uryu Ishida from Bleach lol I don't know why
