If it falls in the next 3 to 4 months then good for MF investors to buy more. The problem is if it goes through time correction and also remains volatile for long. Hybrid and multi asset funds are recommended as solutions for these issues. Only time will tell what worked

Sirji During Jan 2004 and Oct 2007 NIFTY was above 70 from down is six times. From 2018 till days, market goes above only two times. As per my reading chart, next two years no big crash can seen.

FIIs have sold before , but of late they have started buying ...... and BJP not being in absolute majority , the budget may be a populist one ..... one rate cut is due for sure by October-November by FED which will boost sentiment ..... and as you said , money could be moved from mid and small cap to large caps as they have run up much more .... so that could lead to more upside in nifty

Nifty rallied 65-70% from the 1st RSI to 3rd RSI that you marked on the chart and this happened in just 1.5 years. It continued the ralley (accounting small healthy corrections) even after 1st & 2nd RSI indication. Rally might have also continued post 3rd RSI indication, if there was no 2008 financial crisis.

Retailers will pull the run all at once due to fear, and the smartness of fund managers won't be of any use, they will have to hit Sell even on valuable stocks. All positives have been priced in, so FII won't come to rescue till a serious bear market occurs.

On a 10% fall in nifty, trading is stopped for 45 minutes for the markets to digest whatever news that triggered the collapse. There are detailed rules for 10%,15% and 20% fall, some of which is dependent upon the time of the day. You can read about it online.
