Hey Jimmy, amazing groove! but allow me to explain just a little technique excercise: when doing rolls, you have to accent the second stroke oh each hand, this means the first hit has to sound a bit lighter than the second one. Building this technique called "down - up" technique will help your rolls to be cleaner and more homogeneous.
i guess it's way more hard work and practice than just talent ;) i think that talent may be the base 10-30% of the skills a good drummer has. that's the part where you are able to feel grooves and have a feeling for timings. the rest ist just lots of practice and, more important than you might think, playing with other musicians.
