Same, spend hundreds maybe even thousands of hours ingame as a kid with my brother and we found only few of them, technically said only the very obvious ones ... It's a wow feeling to see that some parts of circuits that you thought could be abused but never found a way how so you gave up ... are actually abusable :D :D ie. the fence in the Pinstripe Sky level, I always though it's not that high so it would be cool to jump over it ... and now I see that it's actually possible, just from the other way :D :D :D

@@martinnovysedlak See the shortcuts in crash were less a cheat and more a feature.

Not really because he uses the mask which requires slowing being in a low placement then carrying it to 1st and using it on the shortcuts and I could do the shortcuts without a mask

Yeah it took ages to find these shortcuts just know that the professionals will test the race tracks in time trial and find the shortcuts that way for us online.

If you played time trial mode against the ghost N Trophy and then N Oxide, the last one did some of the biggest shortcuts displayed on this vid during his run, most of the times he did a x3 lap shortcut and you had to emulate him while being faster and with no item assistance. Pretty brutal.

Because this might be present in the remastered version.

Some of those shortcuts has been making some changing on this remake and the abuse of glitch, i'm not sure they have it right now. But i will try every maps they have. I tried several times in papu's pyramids for abusing those shortcuts, but i guess just a couple of those shortcut still available in game. And the more crazy thing is.. some of The AI know how to use those shortcut as well.

they updated a lot of assets so im not sure if some of the glitch shortcuts will be valid anymore, but using uga to run on terrain will be in still. but will be exciting to see.

It's not a problem for SCs. But I would be sad if they remove all our techs we found after 20 years of plays.

@@bunnyfreakz reserve is the core system of ctr, full gauge turbo is the most basic thing of ctr, sacred fire is not a glitch it's due to reserve and created by naughty dog, 99.9% of players are just bad because they never understood the gameplay. Only saffi fire is a glitch exploit. They can remove glitch i dont care, but no reserve = no ctr

HistorySkate I think they’ll keep the ones that were BUILT IN shortcuts. You know, shortcuts that were actually MEANT to be in the game. But I don’t think any of the ones that are glitches shortcuts will be returning. They’ll likely patch those. As for the cheat codes, I imagine they’ll be bringing new ways to earn those additional racers(PLUS NEW ONES), so we won’t need codes for them. (I don’t know who Penta Penguin is. I’ve never heard of that character in the Crash Bandicoot universe). And the other codes for cheats...I don’t think those will be making a return. They didn’t in the Spyro: The Reignited Trilogy.

Im_Blitz yeah true. And you’ve never heard of penta? You could only get him with a cheat code in ctr I think. He was just a more characterized version of the enemy penguins.

Agreed, though personally I think they should keep a lot of the sneakier ones, as long as they don't require you to go backwards. Like 2:32. With normal physics, that would be very hard to execute and you should be rewarded if you can pull it off.
