That's a confusing brand strategy. By the time they ended the pitch I couldn't remember what the 5 brand names were. They could sell all the products just under "Crave Raja". What has hub and spoke model got to do with having 4 sub brands and waste reduction? Nothing.

If this same pitch was some from gujarati snacks company, namita and co would jump at it. I have seen that these guys have a strong dislike towards brands from the east, especially kolkata. I have tried sos sandwiches and it’s my go to place for sandwiches. Good job guys, keep it up!

Future is cloud kitchen and Amit is right, ye globally proven. I use to do marketing for an Australian brand which is based on the same model and is competing against KFC, ye Anupam toh yaar lgta hai isne bhi Domino's mein paisa lagaya hai. Agar hm aisehi big prayers ko rhne de and compete na kare toh kya fayda, tb toh kuch mt kro baithe reh jao ghr pr ye big brands ho hi market capture krne do. Ek viral marketing se game change hojata ye log jo big brands se darr jate hai, kya bada brand banaynge phir. Earlier Domino's was behind pizza hut, because of good customer service and great branding and marketing it created that pull marketing which he's talking about.
