Hey man i would use a straight chunk of metal thats bolts to the ground like the old days frame shop, body shop then weld hooks every where and same on the truck and use as many points as possible to slowly move it all back out while under pressure you can work the floor back into place gently massage it back to 97.6% minty

Chris you can order a new dash pad. Also when your pulling on it keep tension and tap with a hammer. It will help a lot. Maybe cut that section that's dickerd and get the can where you need it and put a new piece of metal in it. You might get the back of the cab pushes back with a ports power. Just go slow.
