Crawl Budget is basically the number of web pages the Google crawler can crawl in a single day. This metric can be found in real-time in the Crawl Stats portion of Google Search Console settings.
However, for SEO purpose we define crawl budget as the number of days Google will take to crawl your entire site.
So Crawl Budget = (Site Index Value) / (Single day crawl stat).
The ideal value should be 3 or less.
