Very fun video, I had a good time watching. One very fun bit of irony is there is a form of un-intentional cooperation in that players must level as a living hero to get to the final challenge, BUT the experience to do so is only acquired in large amounts from enemy players! It's intriguing design that balances things out nicely.
It's funny, back then everyone thought fraser's "It's my dungeon" was just his joke side coming out, little did they know he was beginning his career as a voice actor.
I'm surprised no one laughed along with the skeleton, I absolutely loved that sound byte! This game looks amazing and I can't wait to play it myself someday (also I hope a soundtrack will be available once this is officially out)!
I never played crawl at this state but that was 5 years ago the way it is now it’s fantastic! I bought it last year I recommend you buy it’s a ton of fun
Hey, I couldn't find this game on kickstarter, and I know it wasn't out when you posted this, so how did you get ahold of it? Did you just message the creators?
Does every floor have a shop or are they random? Because shops seem to be really vital to leveling the hero and up to 28:00 I have only seen 2 =| That makes it a bit unfair because only one person got to upgrade his hero till that point =| Other than that looks really nice!
Yes, every floor has a store but this guys really do not explore or try the secondary fire on the monsters... Sad gameplay here, I upload Crawl come to my channel if you want some ;)
Going by what I see, you earn gold based on how much damage you've done against the human player, and Vitae is earned by the ghosts as the human levels up. Trying to keep up with the game play in a tilted screen kinda makes me dizzy though.

I came here to watch some Crawl gameplay and maybe learn something new to apply in my gameplays with my friends, not to be entertained. But I guess is my fault for thinking that I would learn something here.
Ganil Ganilder Yeah, that- that was sarcasm good sir. Yeah well, it's harder to concentrate on the game while making jokes and with 4 other people saying stuff after stuff on a live stream no less. And what do you mean "not to be entertained"? That's what they're for, to entertain you. I don't need to know every single thing of the game to like it, yeah they missed some stuff but they showed good part of it while making it fun. So stop saying they suck just because they missed some things that aren't important to show how good Crawl is dude, chill. Go watch some Heavy Rain is AWESOME, that'll cheer you up.
