For track shoes, we adopt casting process. We purchase high-quality steel for casting, and use high-tech equipment for heat treatment, polishing and finishing of crane track shoes.
At the same time, we monitor the quality of the track pads throughout the production process, and at the same time carry out tensile tests and impact tests on the track shoes to check whether the mechanical properties of the track shoes are qualified.
Before the track shoes are painted, we will conduct ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, penetration testing, etc. on the track shoes to check whether there are defects inside and outside the track shoes, so as to ensure that the track shoes received by customers are intact.
