My grandfather grandmother and my then 13 year old mother lived in constant terror every night in the summer of 1986 when this guy was lurking. Every night my grandfather would sit on the front porch with his loaded 44 magnum, just waiting for this guy to peer out of the darkness. They lived in one of the many cities of LA County that this guy rampaged through. Very scary

A family friend saw this guy outside their house when this guy was at large. After being seen before causing a threat he fled. But if they didn't hear a noise outside they would have been victims.
