Hats off to these selfless players who save thousands of lives by keeping the football out of the endzone. I am shocked that there isn't more reporting on how many people die from touch back every year.
@@christianattfield9356 I don't think you need to understand the game much to recognize that a lot of these shots are of them batting a ball down and thus the "saving lives" referenced in the title isn't legit as that ball isn't threatening anyone's life.

So to summarize this video with misleading title: - guys in baseball were saving lives - guys in football were only saving balls - guys in basketball were saving balls while putting people's lives at risk
The Shaq one was. He was going to land on some little kids and instead he jumped over them and onto some adults. Somebody Shaq's size could seriously injure those kids if he landed on them.
@@MobyDrip courtside seats are the best seats in basketball games, they are extremely expensive, usually only celebrities and businesspeople can afford them regularly. These moments are rare, so usually this is where u want to be sitting, seeing the action with ur own eyes instead of on the jumbotron

Ok he did have the clang of the ball hitting the bat so it wasn't straight up supernatural but he did have the presence in mind to check and his baseball major league skill catch it bare handed I mean he still superhuman most humans couldn't catch that ball
The people sitting on the floor during NBA games are all rich. They know what they are buying and where they are sitting. They choose to sit there, so they can deal with the 6'8" guy leaping into the crowd.

An old friend of mine actually saved a kid from a stray football. Unfortunately the Australian football leagues broadcast did not even notice it. Ball was going straight at his head, was only a toddler, his mum was too busy being scared for herself. While the dad wasnt even sitting next to his own kid. Funny thing was at the gold coast game i think against sydney, while his team was being pummeled, had the broadcast on so he could see it, looks up sees the ball reaches over exactly like the thumbnail.
Hate to break it to you but that's a Gillette commercial. Slow down to 0.25x and you can see the ball magically change direction. For further proof read the comments under the original.
After seeing this I think basketball is most dangerous game for the audience because you never know when a man weighing more than or nearly 220 pounds may jump on you

I guess it’s because a parents job to protect a kid it’s not a kids job to protect a parent. Thats why they where more exited about the parent who saved the kid.
@@Thy_Musketoon That's dumb. The least you can do in that situation is to not hurt the kids, but someone else will get hurt. It's a high stake game they're not gonna risk wasting a potential point because people choose to sit courtside.
