The craziest game in my opinion was Liverpool. I can tell that the people who attended that game still have nightmares that go like “Arshaviiiinnnnnnnnnn” 😂
@@matts6816 Not sure where it is said that they heard the commentary at the game, but I reckon there's a good chance that those who attended that game, have (in all the years since) seen the highlights and heard the commentary 🤷♂️
@@matts6816 They wouldn't?!? The op is talking about those that went to that particular game..If you watched it at home, maybe you get nightmares as well 🤷♂️....The original comment was supposed to be a joke ...and you spoiled it lol
The Monday after the Bolton game, I went to class and a friend of mine started cackling as soon as he saw me and asked what happened to Arsenal on Saturday. I took great pleasure in telling him Bolton 2 ARSENAL 3!! Best feeling ever. Shame what happened that season though.
Liverpool 4-4 is the best. But we have a very shit defenders/GK that can't even hold for a few minutes to the end. Arshavin just came in from the transfer window and score 4 goals at Anfield. What a moment for him. He is a world-class player tbh. But his acting like a child with a lot of frustration in his mind and personal life makes him up and down. If he can always stay positive, he can be a legend the like of Pires, Viera, or Kanu. Not the same as Henry or Bergkamp yet. BTW, he is one player that always or more often score at Anfield.
@kori kage Ok fair enough mate. But do you not think the league is harder now. Chelsea are good and have strengthened, Liverpool and Man City are miles away from everybody else, Tottenham have moved massively under Jose Mourinho, Everton are going places with Carlo Ancelotti, Leicester are one of the best teams in the league as well and have established themselves as a top 6 team, Wolves have been a comfortable and assured premier league team under Nuno as well. That’s why I said the league is more competitive now and that’s the way I was basing it off. But I respect your opinion 👍
@@abdullahabdilaahi3872 Leicester isn't a top 6 team... Everton just got Ancelotti they haven't done anything noticeable under him apart from beating Liverpool, can't be sure where they're going. Tottenham moving massively is an overstatement, they're yet to win a trophy. Wolves this season have been shite compared to last couple seasons. The league is more competitive for top 4 and top 6 spots yes, but the last few titles have been dominated by city and Liverpool, not so different to Man Utd/Chelsea dominating it in late 2000s and Man Utd/Arsenal dominating it late 90s/early 00s.
@@jeannotschumacher1024 what? That’s why he won countless trophies at Arsenal, you make it sound like he won absolutely nothing, he’s Arsenals greatest ever manager
Thierry Henry's goal for his return is not exceptional, but it is moving, because it was the return of the King, I wanted to see this match at the time of France 2 and when he had set his goal running towards Wenger, and celebrating his goal like a club fan I almost felt like crying.
any one notice that all this games were during arsene wenger's era..The boss what he did for this great club of ours will forever be remembered ...The structure he has built for this club outweighs the mistakes..
Hannes P oh I see. But I’ve never really rated wilshere, Ramsey had a few good seasons, he showed promise but peaked late and left as soon as he was rated.
The "Return of the King" for that FA Cup Leeds match is just like watching a movie. That is his last game for Arsenal before return to the US at the end of his loan spell and Arsenal really needs that goal. And he came in as a super-sub and change history. Never believe it can happen in the real life. Tears.
Ashavin scored four goals in that eight goal thriller against Liverpool away was just sensational. The tiny Russian scared Liverpool four times in that 4-4 match. Ashavin wasn’t the same again unfortunately that’s a shame, he was so full of confidence.
That AnFld game was fab. Arshavin was on fire and also those days was a Torres's last golden age. His golden age was ended before they start! So sad, he was a true super perfect striker and as an Arsenal fan he is my favorite striker in last 2 decades.
Can’t blame wenger fully. He set up a team with good attack nasri, fabregas, van persie but had shit gk like almunia. When mertesaker, kos had the best defensive record in the whole league wengers attack was shit with giroud the main target man bought for 12m. So yeah.
Your videos show exactly why we should keep arteta, the old teams would face the same issues, sometimes terrible defending, but then they as a team, pulled themselves out of it, we saw this same thing with West ham, if that happens next season, we win 5-3,
Just like Gilberto was not replaced...Santi Cazorla was also not replaced...We had so packed Midfield... Hope we try to get Ceballos, Arteta will transform him into new Santi...COYG
@@Antee21 Aouar is Impossible, Juventus are already looking at him & Partey during squad overhaul, For us to be in the top 4 we'd need a CDM which will balance the squad
@@jamilshaikh-tr2qb Ye i know, partey will be the spine in the team, him and aouar would be perfect though, but if arsenal can get Coutinho on loan that would be amazing
Only arsenal could score 4 at anfield and not win how fabianski let in two of them goals only he knows anyway it's all in the past but this was 2009 fast forward 10 years and arsenal still let in soft goals but with arteta and a new centre back paring we could finally be better at the back
Arshavin was a little joker man, his facial expressions sometimes were comical. Just a shame Arsenal brought him in so late in his career, should have got him in at around 25, he would have really lit up the Premier League. Literally bought him as his level started to drop.
@@anthony6800 Their level has dropped massively compared to when they were around 27. Go back and look at the footage, Aubameyang has lost a few yards of the pace he had before, even though relatively speaking he's still quicker than most. You can still be past your peak by your standards and still be miles above others, but doesn't mean you still aren't declining.
Long Lost Puss no you just think he’s declining because he’s over 30. I watch every arsenal game and he’s as good as he has ever been if not better. Players get smarter with age and his positional awareness pace and athleticism is so good. With a proper cam at arsenal he can easily beat his goal scoring record. Lewandowski has no pace and look how many goals hes scored. Just won the champions league with ease and a treble and you think they’re past their peak because their older than 30
VDfewds 11 We have had entertaining teams but you can’t say that sometime watching Liverpool and city ain’t just as entertaining as watching the wengerball era. Even a few other teams had very entertaining play.
