The 3rd is definitely most impressive.. Both by the mechanics setting the car up, and the driver. Incredible grip during several weight-transfers.. amazing stuff
Except it is not top speed. The sound clearly indicates the engine is hitting the limiter. The driver geared down, sacrificing speed to get a better handling.
The suspension on those cars are marvels of engineering. Look at number 3 and see how easily it deals with dampens those bumps while dealing with directional changes all while being smooth as silk. Or the way its able to absorb all the punishment from the big jumps.
@@NK-rm7kcthe isle of man TT is definitely crazier, even the tiniest mosquito sized mistake can be death in an instant, and those guys tackle it on motorcycles at easily 200kmh. The only thing thats safer about it is the fact that they actually know where theyre going, which rally drivers dont particularly know that well.
@@supersonic4863 You hit my exact point. Yeah Isle of Mann is nuts….. but to go that fast those guys have literally every turn memorized. Really drivers have their navigator and their reaction time. They go by the seat of their pants.

Not full speed. You can hear the engine hitting the limiter. He's geared down and sacrificing a bit of speed to ensure good handling. That's still impressive though. But the caption is misleading.

yeah because so many drivers have died over the years in f1. f1 is constantly at 100% speed right on the edge of performance. in rally the drivers have the ability to leave atleast some margin for error while they race because its not wheel to wheel.
There are racers; people that drive cars on circuits against other competitors in order to cross the line first. In rallying, there are drivers. And yes, there is a difference
I hope everyone realizes how small of a movement from the steering wheel he is giving to take those small jumps at such a high speed. Great driving skill
