As an Islanders fan I’m absolutely devastated but from a hockey standpoint that’s probably the greatest stadium series of all time, electric atmosphere from both teams.
isles fan here too one good thing came out of this game is it reignited isles rangers rivalry its been waning for awhile now . its nowhere close way it was in 80s and 90s
Ranger fan in South Carolina here. Moved from LI in 22. Really miss going to the games and celebrating wins with the fans. Thanks for this! Totally felt like I was with y'all!! LGR!!!!
Caps fan, outside of standings, had no horse in the race here. That was an awesome game to watch live. It's probably one of the best games of the year so far.
Every time I hear her scream “I don’t believe it!….I don’t believe it!” I hear Yoda replying, “That is why you fail.” In this game, especially, you gotta believe!!!!!🤘🤩🤘
I will die cheering for this team! That looked really fun always unforgettable experience! Always love your videos! And hope you and Joey and Elessa had fun! #NOQUITINNY!
Awesome!! You got to go to a stadium series and the Rangers won. Love the Rangers. As a Blackhawks fan love Artemi (bread man) panerin. Love the Rangers goal song too
Devils fan here. I went to the Devils Flyers game the night before and took my partner who is a Flyers fan with me to MetLife. Lets just say I went home happy and my partner not so much 😂 but we both had a great time and outdoor hockey at MetLife is a hell of an experience. It was surreal pulling up to the Meadowlands and Route 3/Route 120 for the first Devils home game there in 17 years and hanging out with 70,000 other fans was an incredible experience. I'm glad you had a great experience the next day. Sounds like it was an incredible game. And as much as I can never root for the Rangers, you guys denying the Islanders a point helps us in our playoff race so I guess thank you Panarin and the NYR for that one lol 😂 I wish these kinds of games came around more often. I didn't get to go to Yankee Stadium in 2014, but I was SO excited for last night and what an incredible, unforgettable night. It was bitter cold but I DIDN'T CARE lol. I know the outdoor games are overdone a bit, but damn that was a crazy cool experience and if it ever happened in this area again, I would go again in a heartbeat. At the end of the day, all four fanbases put on a show and we all celebrated this crazy game we all love called hockey and made memories for years to come, and that's the really cool thing.
a Rangers fan since '81 thanks Dad...but Sunday other than 94 playoffs was the most improbable win I've seen and the most gratified. Just a wonderful game
I was also there WOW that was so awesome in every way, it was cold but it was worth it plus being that I have got Giants Season Tickets I am used to being out in cold conditions; I will always cherish This Stadium Series Game LET'S GO RANGERS & Thank You For Sharing This Awesome Video!!
I was at the game to be honest it wasn’t when windy in section 330 row 8 had a great view and go little windy closer to the end but for the first 2 quarters it wasn’t cold😊
I love how when the sun went down the wind died down. My fiance and I were in the shade up in 335 but the wind did not whip up there so much. What A Win. LGR.
Will they ever redevelop that sports complex, which means replacing the abandoned racetrack with something else, and most notably, tearing down the abandoned IZOD Center? That is the arena the Devils had before moving to Prudential Center in Newark, as well as where the New Jersey Nets played before becoming the Brooklyn Nets and moving to Barclays Center!
As a Connecticut resident, I think Rentschler Field in East Hartford CT, home to UConn’s football team, should hold hockey! I think the Rangers’ and Islanders’ farm teams, both from Connecticut, 1 in Bridgeport and 1 in Hartford, should play a game there, and then they should do a few college hockey games at least! The 4 NCAA D1 hockey teams from our state are Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart, UConn, and Yale! I think they should do at least UConn VS Sacred Heart, and Yale VS Quinnipiac to make it the “Battle Of New Haven”, maybe even something different! Most importantly, I think the Rangers should play the Bruins there since it is about halfway between New York and Boston! Finally, IDK if you knew this, but either the game you went to hear, or the Devils VS Flyers game, was the game with the largest NHL fan attendance number ever! So many people showed up!
Devils fan here since 2005 lol. I was seated in the 300s for NJ vs PHI the night before. The rink is definitely far away but I didn't have much trouble keeping up with the action even with my bad eyesight and glasses. The players look kinda small yes but I was still able to see the puck well except for anywhere very near the corner boards nearest to us but sometimes that angle isn't perfect even at a regular NHL venue so there's that. The only thing difficult was seeing the black lettering on the red Devils jerseys. As clean as those jerseys looked, it wasn't great for viewing the names and numbers of the players from far away. As a fun aside, since you've been a Ranger fan since 1968, I will offer you this olive branch lol: I consider Henrik Lundqvist and Mike Richter to be severely underrated and among the best goalies of all time. And I have a ton of respect for a lot of the legends that have played for the Blueshirts throughout their history.
why wasnt this game played at met life again? they would have filled it easily...most of the stadium series have been awesome. a great excuse to go out and drink and party.
I love all your Ranger videos but I'm confused of where you live every video is filmed in Florida except the Ranger stuff and some New Jersey food stuff
Great game and a great comeback by the Rangers! However their defense can't be trusted so they need to work on that if they want to go all the way this year. How was watching them at MetLife Stadium compared to MSG? Must've been a totally different vibe and a lot colder lol!
@@TheKrystalPalace I bet it was amazing especially since the Rangers won! Wish I could’ve been there! Where do you find the time and money to do all these events? Wish I could do all the things you do!
Настоящий праздник хоккея- открытый лёд, под крышу забитый болельщиками футбольный стадион, эпичный камбек и... сумашедший финал в овертайме 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🥅🏒🏆🥇💯
These stadium series games are becoming lame, the fans are seated too far back to see any hockey action. I would like the NHL to have outdoor games where the seats are closer to the rink for a more intimate atmosphere, even if it means fewer seats to sell. However, I'm glad you had a great time.
I wish I could have been there. I've only been to one Rangers game in my entire life (because I live in Germany), but NHL hockey is just different than the hockey I get to see in Germany. The players are simply 10x better.
I was there in section 350! You should have heard my section when the rangers won. The guy who was 5 rows in front of us was hilarious the entire time. Worth the 3 hour drive from CT for us!
Great video Krystal! Rangers can’t play a home game outside of MSG because they’ll lose their tax free exemption. Which is why even in Yankees stadium, they were the visitors.
Awesome vlog 43rd thumbs up 👍 I have never been to an outdoor game it looks fun there. This is probably before your time. My best time at East Rutherford, NJ was the 1994 game 6 of the 1994 Eastern Conference Finals know as the Mark Messier game 🏒🥅
