I have a strong theory, that the grey guy at the ending is Victim. In his office, we see a brush and eraser together. Victim used those as his weapons on AvA 1. And we also see the old texture of the hand in the office, and apparently it is also shown in AvA 1. In AvA 1 he created 4 helpers, then there are 4 helpers in this episode. Behind Victim in his office, are frames. The frames are used by Alan as ammo for his cannon. Then he has a hollow head(hole in his head) and Victim also has a hole in his head. And many fans usually colour Victim grey, so they differentiate The Chosen One and Victim. Lastly, in the office, it shows a computer with the old wallpaper, in AvA 1 it didnt show us the wallpaper, but in AvA 2 it did, however, between these episodes, Alan didnt change his computer. So this is proof that this could be Victim. Edit : Also forgot to mention, the tools on Victim’s walls are from Adobe Flash, and we see those tools in AvA 1. Victim also used the frames as his weapons in AvA 1 we can see the frames behind the grey stick figure in the office.

@@universalsubs6935 Victim was the first stick figure Alan ever made, iirc he was “powerless” and eventually got deleted, though he may have survived somehow. He is NOT the same as The Chosen One, as TCO was made afterwards and given the powers that eventually led to Alan creating The Dark Lord.

the grey boss at the end could be multiple things: he could be the "victim" from the first ever animator vs animation, he could also be the dark lord or purple who used the paint bucket tool to change his appearance or he could just be a new villian?

Fun Fact: The pixelated Stickman originates elsewhere. The Stickman is from Stickman Vs Door animation. (I immediately recognized it from when it turned its face to a gun I highly recommend watching the animation)

And as far as I can tell…the tall brown one could be a reference to cave paintings, and the one with very stilted movement is like the type of stickman on warning signs…and the one with the glasses…I don’t know what he’s a reference to, but he has the smooth movement and general vibe that reminds me of the Stick War games, and others like it on Stickpage

I read some CRAZY theories down there in the comments and I LOVE THEM ALL 😍 I got chills when I read that Grey is really "The Victim" from Alan's very first animation and his four "horseman" as I say 😅 are the stick figures that The Victim created in this first animation 😁 I also love the fact that every single one of them is in different style. I love the "Pocahontas" one as you described him 😂 I think he looks like a stick figure which was painted by our ancestors on walls in caves thousands of years ago 🥰 AMAZING work 🤩 From both Alan and his team and from you as a reactor. How is he back? The recycle bin has to empty out somewhere right? Well that's my theory thus far though there are some holes, such as, i'm pretty sure when you choose to leave without saving your work just gets erased, not deleted. As deleted items get thrown into the recycle bin which you then have to empty. Although do erased documents end up in the same place as things emptied from the recycle bin? Who knows? Alan knows.

So we technically don't know who mister grey is but there is a theory And since you don't remember I'll tell you The very very very first Animator vs Animation was with a black stickfigure named Victim (yes that's his official name, imagine him getting bullied in school because of hiw name) The end of the first ever AvA was with Alan deleting the animation entirely with Victim in it and since then we haven't heard of Victim ever again, not even referenced anywhere But there was a trend back there that when people used to make fan arts of the AvA series they wanted to distinguish The Chosen One and Victim because they both were Black, so people got the idea to draw Victim's fan arts with him in Grey So the people (including me) began theorising that this grey dude is Victim since we all wanted a Victim's come back cause he was left forgotten and we sure know Alan does acknowledge the fanbase in every way and likes to give them what they want Also when Alan is asked the question who is this grey dude he started giggling and simply said "Oh I'm not gonna say who is that" in a way that we're supposed to know who he is so ... But hey that's just a Theory A FILM THEORY But fr tho imagine matpat making prediction theories about AvA on Film Theory That would be the greatest thing ever
