It's funny to see if someone also notices Azpi and Grealish bring the same mood and situations since he was in Villa and City afterwards, still facing each other
Joao Felix kind of red card should be one match ban in so far as the other player didn't sustain any injury. The one match ban is enough punishment already since the red card led to the other team losing the game.
We have this thing in our country called loadshedding where our electricity gets cut off for 2 hours at a time so I missed the game. Someone who watched the game last night, how did Felix do in general on his debut (and did some of our other players atleast look as if they wanted to be on the pitch) ?
Felix actually was the best player on the pitch for Chelsea. Looked very sharp, created chances and didn't hesitate to take on players and shoot for the goal. It was very unfortunate that he got red. Apart from him only Lewis Hall showed some courage going forward. Zakaria, Kova and Silva were okay. Rest of the team was pathetic.
If the Kovacic was a straight red that's pretty dubious. The rest were pretty clearly reasonable red / second yellow offenses. A whole lot of studs up sliding in, elbows, and so forth that are textbook calls. Assaulting a ballboy ffs, what's crazy about a red for that?
Wow, 90% of these should not even be red cards... and of course its Anthony Taylor that gave Kova that red when its not even a yellow, he gets the ball first and barely touches him
