@@Thecon3head nah man, power maybe a 3 or 4 for a front kick. Most probably can eat 4 or 5 without guard. TKD spinning back kick is the strongest kick I felt, but difficult to time and a lot of practice need
@@bradaaaJT well with the front kick it really depends. The spinning back kick is the hardest kick I ever felt followed by a round kick followed by a step and side kick. TKD kicks hurt man
Or just a roundhouse from both works I practice taekwondo but before that was taught the muay Thai roundhouse and switch to the situation taekwondo has fast powerful kicks but muay Thai has beastly powerful but predictable kicks both have ups and downs
When you master 540 Roundhouse kick, you can also practice Jackknife.. (Btw Just add a 45 kick on your non-kicking foot in the end, and thats the jackknife)
I just learned the basic kicks and moves from various martial arts for 8 years. I think those kicks shown may look nice but practically it can be blocked easily and it will give opponent an opportunity to end you. So be careful 😂
