The car driver was protecting himself? By chasing and then attempting to run over the guy on the bike? Are you high? He deliberately tried to run the guy over, which very much sounds like attempted murder to me.
Lane-splitting is only legal in California, and every other state it is illegal. But we don't know which state he was riding in and he sure was being a dick about it. There are so many bad motorcyclist that they give the sport of very bad name
For some reason I have a feeling that guy in the car stole it or something and then really quickly end the conversation to not make himself suspicious.
Under the original video, the owner said: "nothing I was at a light he almost hit me word were exchanged he tried hitting me with a bat then his car then I left n this happened...". There is no trace of the whole video so only the biker knows the truth but the driver of the Toyota deserves jail since it can be considered attempted murder (at least in my cuntry)
"Angery people vs bikes" Germany(?): "hey you really scared me, you were going too fast" "Oh i was going 50 60 ish, im just a bit shocked" "No problem, sorry for coming out so fast" America: *drives over biker because three of them were in the same place at the same time*
Metal-Muscle & Games, “Deadly weapon” generally refers to a wide range of objects that can inflict mortal or great bodily harm-for example a car or a golf club. Some states consider knives and guns as "deadly weapons per se," which means that the prosecutor need not present evidence of their ability to cause mortal or serious injury.
@ChakRaLight fuck off ya stupid landlubber haggis, if the biker did slapped one of the mirrors of the car it would be broken which clearly in this video both are not broken and secondly bikers on punch or slap a car's mirror if that driver is being stupid by cutting them off in the lane there in or was being a dangerous driver on the road to the other biker's or road users
And that makes it ok? no... he could of killed him, he could of come off the bike and ended up under the car, head between the wheel and road. No matter what someone else does to anger you on the road you never, never, NEVER use your vehicle as a fucking weapon.
0:50 Someone like that deserves at least 10 years *ANDDDD THE CHARGES* Attempted Murder Damage to the bike Maybe more.. But he would probably be sued for probably 10,000 dollars
Well, at least he got the biker who broke his mirros for no reason. Lol Attempt murder? Read that is even funnier, do you guys think that bikers are untouchables, that can do whatever they want? Think again.
@@DIZAZZO it is still attempted murder, the biker could have gotten in trouble but don't defend someone who literally ran into someone that was on a sidewalk because of a broken mirror.
if you don't have traffic to hide behind you won't outrun a vehicle that can match you for speed, cars can go around turns faster than bikes, cars have better braking capacity, cars have better stability., the only time you will outrun a vehicle that's chasing you is if they don't intend to run you over and if you know the area like the back of your hand.
Depleted - that's only true if you're talking about top level racing. Most car drivers won't even brake hard enough to activate ABS, have shit tyres, have no idea how fast they can corner, and even if they did they can't match the corner speed of your average 600 sports bike. Plus bikers are more likely to have a higher level of training. Then there's traffic and alleyways etc...
8:45 the motor biker goes in the lane that says straight forward and left, and takes a right exit? That ford was in the correct lane and exited at the correct exit, and you’re mad that he cut you off, you shouldn’t have been where you were.
uuuuh actually he was in the right... he went forward like the markings said (left or straight) AND the other car didn’t use a signal...so it was the silver cars fault
Who? cause the bike rider was the one who damaged the car when you watch the longer clip, I wouldn't say he deserved to be run down, but I hope it was certainly a wake up call that just because you're on a bike doesn't mean you can be an asshole.
Brian Ford cops and lawyer have everything. I’m not gunna fuck up this case just to prove to you that I wasn’t in the wrong. Once we catch this guy imma blast him everywhere for now I can’t cuz of insurance reasons dumbass. So before you go saying random shit learn the situation or don’t talk at all
I don't know how it works in the US, but I feel it's not as crazy and loose as some of these riders pretend it is. I'm sure there are rules. I have my moto licence (Full size) in 3 different countries, and in none of those is lane splitting at speed, or without due care legal, nor does a lane splitting bike have priority or right to lanesplit. It is up to the bike rider to keep a safe speed, a safe distance and avoid any potential accidents.
Canadian Road Rage 101: *Chases biker miles to confront him* “Publicly filming people isn’t legal!” “Publicly filming is legal.” “Oh it is legal?” “Yes” “Okay”
The one thing that is consistent in all these vids is the fact that most of these riders are horrible drivers. They don’t Do the speed limit and then wonder why cars can’t react in time. They act like they are cops, policing the roads. How many u-turns were there? That revving of your engine means nothing to me. It sounds like you don’t know how to ride. Cowards who ride in packs and then terrorize and take advantage of their numbers. Like a bunch of 13 year olds.
8:34 Dude, look at the arrows, you clearly can't go to the right in the rounabout in this lane... only straight or to the left. Don't get mad at others drivers if you are not in the good lane..
the biker was in the correct lane, but he was also in the drivers blindspot, nothing to blame on the driver at this moment, when I drive/ride i check the blindspots before changing lanes but this is simply stupidity when someone is continuously in anyones blindspot...
@@justinheath3286 every single person that contribute to the world wars are dead. The citizens that are now living in Germany had nothing to do with their country's past
11:03, the fact that you think the driver of the truck caused the accident is hilarious...plus why would he ask you if you’re ok when you said to him “it clipped my hand but I’m good” lol
Most bikers begin to drive away fast and I don't understand why. Just pull over, stop. let those idiots go. Don't search problems yourself! I see many bikers think that they own the streets. They ride where ever they like! I drove a bike for years as well and didn't do that. I didn't had a short fuse as well. I had NO problems on the road because my speed was adapted. I was enjoying riding, I wasn't racing.
