I cleaned a gym for 2 years and I was in the best shape in my life. I got tips from body builders, power lifters, and calisthenics guys, and I even became friends with a guy with a PhD in Food Science. Its no surprise if you see a cleaner in shape. Great video!

The people in this gym are so humble. I'm ashamed to admit that if a cleaner in my gym came up to me and started telling me I was doing an exercise wrong I'm not sure I'd respond in the way these people did. Not because it's the cleaner, I don't look down on anyone, but because I hate people coming over to me in the gym and telling me I'm doing it wrong.

Maybe. Some people actually work out several sets before they get to the heaviest set they are aiming for. The way you structure your lift depends on your goals and the philosophy of the lifting program you are sticking to. 225 lbs where he started with isn't very much for that exercise tbh and probably a warm up set or 2nd set at best.
