I think that in canon now these one-tracked tanks are fully automatic droids without the crew.

these clones are all wearing ARC trooper helmets instead of their phase II helmets

I do honestly wouldn't say this scene was cut, as pretty much every element of it was reused in some way in the actual film. Except instead of hiding in houses the clones are firing from the branches of wroshyr trees, and the wookies that board a tank do so from a rope from a fluttercraft rather than a stationary vine. I would have loved to have seen more of the battle, but I don't really think there's that much the movie could have done for it. We did get a little taste in Republic Commando, but other than that, not much light has been shed on it since.

Again, would be a 3 hour film 🎞️ 😂

im glad they didn't keep it because it frankly makes no sense. the clones popping out just made themselves fodder for no reason and the droids moving before establishing a beach head makes no sense either

We can see why they deleted this scene. This is hardly what one could call an "ambush". The Ruusan Reformation stagnated the galaxy's military force from being able to fight effectively on strategic levels when enjoying peace for around a millennia. Meanwhile on Earth...
