That wasn't a joke or a fake post. That actually happened & that's why I gave soo many details. I never expected to be ripped from my inflatable float tube to help with that! Put yourself in my place! I have ptsd & want that sheriff off the fuggin force!!! He litterally did that! Ripped me out of my inflatable float tube to force me to do his job!!! 18:30! They call those king crab??? Those are stone crab in the U.S! Most people toss those back while lobster fishing the west coast! They are called a stone crab for a reason, because of their shell! After catching & cooking a batch, I was done & threw em all back, wayyy too much work for little meat on the ones off CA!!!
You should have thrown a tady or salas brands surface iron on an 11 ft rod & burned it back in on a 2 speed avet reel!!!! Its wayyy more fun on proper gear!
@budzilla6168 no problem, give it a try but start light. The oils separate & soak into the meat. I don't like when my red meat fish gets dry or over oily & gives me the shits. White meat, is almost never an issue as they are more lean & tends to be dry.
Foolproof super easy salmon or steelhead recipe: Fillet on a baking sheet, skim coat of mayo on top, garlic salt and pepper, broil for 10-12 minutes until mayo is browned. Lemon.
