What do you need a complaint form for? Well she ended her sentence with a preposition. And I need a complaint form to order a pizza. Wow, these folks are so unprofessional. I haven't been getting my gifts on December 25th for a few years and now I know why; Santa is now a government employee at the health department and individual services. Also, has anyone noticed that everyone that works for this particular location for the government has a huge weight problem? Not making fun of them but maybe a little more hustle and exercise would help instead of force feeding each other donuts?

🌵I don't consider their fat a personal attack I consider it a medical observation that cost American taxpayers lots of medical costs every year and most of it is not the people's fault it's the food they've been told it's okay to eat and now it's poisoning us and the doctors tell us weird things like they don't know or go on a diet and they know dog on well what's happening to our people we're being poisoned and it's retaining the toxins in our body and when somebody goes to help somebody get better health the government throws them in jail for practicing without a license or not following the guidelines. 10-20-18

Always wondered why I never seen a public employee buying toilet paper until my daughter's best friends dad who's a cop told me they get it for free with the constitution printed on it! That was the last time we ever talked. I think he was serious.

Anyone can sue anyone else in America. The first thing they have to prove is that they where harmed, then they have to prove malicious intent. If anyone gets sued it would be the government who's employee failed to protect any private information from being disclosed in the public. They keep the information private by dealing with it in private, not the public and definitely not by violating the bill or rights.

I can hire my lawyer to file a suit against you. Load up the suit with a list of ten convincing lies as to why I am suing you. My lies being sufficient to bypass any dismissal or summary judgement. Then draw it out for a year before we ever see a court of law and put you ten grand in debt with your attorney. Then drop the suit at my whim before ever getting in front of a judge.

inquisitor - it is possible, however I don't think the victim (or their family) will have the 10 grand for their lawyer just to drop a loser. The government has the deep pockets, that will be the lawyers target.

How about IF a victim comes in and IF the state does NOTHING to keep her out of the public areas then she CAN sue THEM for not protecting her privacy. Public forums are for gathering to protesting something or distributing literature, like parks, public lobbies are open to the public to gather content of public interest which is protected by the first amendment. I don't think any of you where gathering to protest or distribute literature. No person has an expectation of privacy in public (The Supreme Court) and public employees can be photographed in the performance of their duties (9th Circuit Court of Appeals).
