You have a State Bill Of Rights and a Federal Bill Of Rights, When you go into a Court of Admiralty you have the Courts Rights. Listen to what the judge is saying, he is telling you what Rights the Court recognizes from the State and Federal Bill OF Rights which isn't much, Basically Section 1 of Amendment 14, otherwise known as the 5th and 6th Amendment. They pick and choose what Rights they want to Recognize in each state. Via the 14th Amendment. Which was never Lawfully Ratified I might add.
I used to watch this channel and many others like it. Those channel operators are all awesome. And they all know their laws. Much respect to every one of them. But. I cant watch these videos, coz i cant handle my anger, and how much i want to jump thru the screen and rip the faces off those high paid, loud mouth, no brain pricks in suits, who think they are GOD, and think they can control others. Its a huge problem when law enforcement refuses to enforce the law....they are not entitled to pick and choose which laws to uphold and which victim are entitled to service. ..yet that's exactly what they do! More awareness needs to be brought to officers who refuse to uphold the law and stronger reprecutions.need to be in place......equal justice for all....not just government employees. I'm not supporting cops anymore. They work for the Establishment. Individuals liberties are being crushed by the unconstitutional laws that are enforced by the " law enforcement officers " The major flaw of the Trump MAGA movement which I blindly supported was " backing the blue" , big mistake for individual liberties...only you are responsible for your personal and family security....the Police is there to protect and serve the Establishment and not you....only tougher laws on crime and more armed citizens without restrictions on the 2A can fix the rising crime without compromising our liberties. Policing must be minimal and community oriented, like local sheriff offices, in areas of low crime where citizens are armed for self protection. The Police chiefs must be elected by their communities and the force must be under constant scrutiny . We don't need a bunch of tyrants bossing around and interfering with our liberties. Period. Also abolish the Federal State political police like the FBI and the ATF. ...those are like the Gestapo .

When citizens break the law, they get arrested and are forced to go through the legal system, but when law enforcement or government workers break the law, they just get an internal review and are allowed to get away with it. How can people see it's not one set of laws for them and another for us?

Then they dropped my charges after 6 days in jail being refused medical treatment and no water for 3 days. Then arrested the cop.

I live in Australia and at the moment our we're in a huge battle for our freedom. The fact that America has a written constitution that all law enforcement make an oath to protect it, yet they see that the American citizens are waking up and filming all police interactions. The police know this and are completely aware that they're being held accountable by the public. Yet they continually break their own oath. Most cops are narcissistic people. They were either bullied growing up or just think they're better than the people they swore to protect.

David, I think that Court Rulings have the weight of Law until they are struck down or reversed. In the mean while you will sit in Jail awaiting the results. You may want to be an example case and refuse to obey a Court Order.
