This is not an e-bike. 45kph is too slow. Needs to be at least 80kph to keep up with traffic.

Regulated by laws not manufacturers. Federal laws in US are now far and wide depending on weather or not it has pedal assist so there’s a speed and motor limit and if it has no pedals then a different law because god forbid the politicians stay the hell out of it
