Captain Porter helped turned Sgt. Green's life around, and now Officer Jacobs. I swear, Cpt. Porter is such a positive influence. I hope Officer Jacobs keeps that positive attitude.
Unlike Dhar Mann who makes these scenarios unrealistic. This one actually does feel believable. They even done their research such as that veteran who had a heart attack. I was impressed they mentioned the doctors oath

No, actually she will be getting paid; she and the black lady and the cop. Deservedly so for the good acting on all their parts, though the "Karen" did seem to ham it up a bit.
My add on: After word got out to the public about what happened to Katherine, many employees at the mall set up a GoFundMe to reimburse her for the ruined dress, and Katherine was able to purchase a exact replica of said dress. After being found guilty for harassment, assault and destruction of property, Susan had to pay a $16,000 fine, and was sentenced to prison for four years. She was also permanently banned from all of Katherine’s mall locations. Officer Jacobs was congratulated for his duties by the Captain Porter.

Katherine produced proof the wholesale price of the dress, well over $600 alone per dress sans retail markup, well exceeding the legal threshold for Felony Destruction of Property. Karen was so charged, taken to the Regional Jail, and booked. Karen was indicted and attempted to plead guilty, but the prosecutor refused plea bargaining, forcing a Not Guilty plea and a date set for trial. A jury trial with jurors from towns and cities at least 100 miles away to prevent any possibility of a community bias and hence ground for appeal and chance to overturn. He has made it known he's tired of Karen stories and intends to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law and pursing the maximum sentence: 10 years plus racially motivated enhancement, increasing to 25 years, no good time, no time served applied and no parole. Probation indefinitely upon release, restitution, door is open for Katherine to pursue civil action for triple compensatory and punitive damages The prosecutor intends to make an example of Karen and as a warning to other confirmed and potential Karens to think twice about what they do in the future or a long prison sentence will await them. Karen was found guilty and sentenced to the aforementioned 30 years of as hard of labor female prisoners can do in a Level 4 female prison. Same rough and murderous reputations as their male counterparts. Karen is sent to General Population like most other prisoners and expected to make little rocks out of big rocks with heavy sledgehammers that the average female can use and break. She tries her entitlement, and her cell mate promptly splits her wig. Later on, she is sold to and used roughly by other rough, violent female inmates, just as dangerous as their male counterparts, doing the female- on-female equivalent of cheek-busting in prison ie: sticking fists and broom handles where they aren't supposed to go. Almost a year into the 25 year sentence, Karen finally crosses the wrong inmate and is stabbed multiple times and she didn't make it. Her husband on the outside breathed a sigh of relief figuring that is what would happen which was why he didn't get a divorce. Karen's passing meant the kids and all marital assets went to him by default, and he was not liable for her lawsuit as that was her tort and hers alone. He remarried to a much better woman and successfully reversed the entitlement attitude in he and Karen's kids. Katherine read the newspaper reporting Karen's fate in prison, said to herself to let that be a lesson to Karen's, Ken's, entitled people, and racists. If even one person thought twice even for an instant, it was all worth it.
i hope that truly was the outcome ha ha haha ha , at what happen to Susan aka Karen, it serves her right for mouthing of with her what looks like a racist tyrant, and for not listening to Kathern in get the facts right, it would of been easy to just google the stores website just to confirm before causing property damage. i hope that if you belief a crime to be happening that you get your facts right before hand acting on any bias beliefs at any situations.

They should have sent Captain Porter. Also that Karen wouldn't have been arrested if she just minded her own business instead of racially profiling someone who is just taking care of things.
I like that the cop, after understanding the situation, gave Susan the nickname 'Karen', showing that was probably not the first time he had to deal with a woman like that.
How about a future Soul Snack episode with Sgt. Berada confronting Ofc. Adams over falsely arresting an elderly woman feeding pigeons in the park. With Florencia Barletta as Sgt. Berada, Daryl Meyer as the infamous Ofc. Adams and Catherine Williams ad the elderly woman!!!

First of all the woman doesn’t know what’s going on and is not a police officer. If I was the store owner I’d probably thought that I was being robbed and called the police and have her arrested.
Officer Kyle Jacobs, he is a story within itself. I seen another video where he was trying to give a ticket to a lady feet in the homeless, now here he's being a good cop, does he go through multiple personalities? He's all over the place sometimes.
